I have been a patient at Dental Health Care of Woburn for more than 20yrs. You won’t find a better office for your Dental Health needs! The whole staff is super friendly and helpful. You always get greeted with a smile!. Chelsea is an amazing hygienist and Dr. Mancuso is very gentle. I’ve had my share of dental procedures over the years and my comfort is always first priority. If you’re apprehensive of going to the dentist then this wonderful staff will change your mind!

There are not enough words in the English language to describe how pleased I am with my experience at Dental Healthcare of Woburn. I saw Olivia for my cleaning and it was THE BEST experience I have ever had. I have had experiences in the past at other places that have made it difficult to look forward to even a simple cleaning - I cringed at the thought! Olivia has changed that for me! She is so professional, patient, informative and GENTLE! Her technique is outstanding and quite frankly, life changing as I look forward to my next cleaning! I met with Dr. Mancuso and again was very pleased with how professional, knowledgeable, informative and gentle she is as well. They both put my anxiety at ease and I was comfortable the entire visit.
Also, the staff at the reception area is so welcoming and friendly. I am a patient for life! Highly recommend!!!

Jen is the absolute best hygienist! I highly recommend requesting her! I have had terrible experiences in the past with dentist office visits and once i visited the dental care office 10 years ago, i have not considered going to another dentist (even though i live in Boston, it's worth the drive!) Also, Kathy is so helpful in helping you understand your bills and insurance coverage, the teams service is second to none!

Please think again if you are considering going to Dental Health Care of Woburn. According to my insurance company, Dental Health Care grossly overcharged me for my procedure, then misrepresented what my patient responsible amount was. They told me I was responsible for $131 which I paid at the time of service. Then I personally got billed for an extra $678. Sue, the collections person, was no help in sorting things out with the insurance company. I suggest you explore other Dental office options.
