Dr. Trainor is by far the best dentist on the North Shore. His attention to detail is very much appreciated. I always enjoy coming in knowing he will take care of any concerns I have . Coming to the Dr. Trainor I know my teeth will be healthy for years to come . He has a great staff as well. Everyone is so helpful.

I had a great experience for my first visit with Dr. Trainor. He answered all of my questions in a way I could understand which helped me map out my dental plan. Unlike other offices, I was promptly greeted by the staff at in the gorgeous reception area, ALL were willing to help and made eye contact. Chelsea was great taking my x-rays and happily chatted with me. Danielle the dental assistant was super friendly! Helped me with my pano and guided me through the visit so i knew what to expect!! She touchedbase with me after each x-ray, encounter, and room change! The amazing thing about this office is that they actually called my insurance company and Danielle in billing was able to give me real numbers on the services I needed so I can plan! She even gave me different breakdowns in case the plan changed one way or another! They were very clear, and this information allows me to plan my care financially as well! No doctor’s office or dental office I have ever been to has taken the care go over the financials in a private room in such great detail. I couldnt have had a better more organized experiance and for once, I am not dreading the dentist!

I have been a patient here for a long time and have never been less than completely satisfied with the care. It's a very efficient friendly office, The staff is wonderful, they will always go out of there way to make your experience there as pleasurable as possible. The Doctors care has always been exceptional.

This is the best dentist's office where I have ever been a patient. From receptionist to hygienist to dentist, everyone is friendly, helpful, and kind. They are concerned about their patient's comfort, they are sensitive to financial situations, and they remember you when you walk in the door. Fantastic customer service and excellent dentistry.

Another great experience at the dentist. Nothing compared to the customer service skills at the front desk. Robin is always a friendly assuring voice on the other end of the phone. Dr. Mancuso was able to see me immediately when I had some sensitivity ans quickly assured me all was normal.

I was experiencing a very grave situation with my teeth and I was extremely unsure of my next move, but both the office staff and Dr Trainor made me feel so comfortable with their expertise & compassion. I did not know what decision to make but Dr Trainor had a very comprehensive dental plan in place within a very short period of time. It is still in progress but I have every bit of confidence that within a couple of weeks I will have my self confidence return ten fold. Thank you again for all your support and professionalism.

I have been a patient with Dental Health Care of Woburn for over 50 years. Their dental services are exceptional. The friendly and professional staff have always gone above and beyond all my expectations. For example, I once had a dental emergency on Thanksgiving. Dr Coakley, my dentist at the time, left his family and met me at the office. He opened his office up and took care of me. This is only one of the many instances of exemplary service I have experienced over the years. I am truly a satisfied customer.

The team at the front office was helpful and nice to work with to schedule my appointment. Kristen, as always, is talented and gregarious with a gentle touch. Dr. M was very helpful and down to earth, and was very helpful with my appointment. Thanks everyone!

I love Dental Health care of Woburn! I’ve had some not so great experiences at other dentist offices but Dr. Mancuso totally put my fears at ease and made sure I had a good experience when I got a few cavities filled. The office is modern and they have all kinds of state of the art technology. The staff at the front desk are all super nice too. I highly recommend them!
