I have been coming here for many, many years. The staff is very caring and I always feel comfortable. The entire office is very clean. Dr. Mancuso and dental staff are always on top of the latest techniques and procedures. My hygienist, Kristen, not only cares for my teeth and gums but also educates me on how I can better care for my teeth. I am so grateful that I am a patient of this practice.

Update! 1/22 my follow up was just as great as the last time. I really feel like they actually care about my dental health and I’m not just some number at the deli to them they explain things clearly and compassionately and they never push anything on me. As I’ve said, I’ve been through a lot and I’m still just as impressed with these guys as the first time
My experience here has been fabulous thus far! I had to have a bad tooth extracted and I was so afraid it was gonna be a super long procedure but he was in and out in five minutes! I am someone who has had a lot of terrible experiences and these guys are really terrific! They are non judgmental and very kind there!

I struggle with a lot of dental anxiety and that had caused me to push off going to the dentist for a while. When I arrived, they took their time and explained everything to me. Throughout my appointment they checked in before each step and made sure I knew exactly what they were doing. They made me feel comfortable the whole time. My teeth have never been so clean! I have visited several dentists in multiple countries. DHCW has provided the best service thus far. The office staff are polite and warm. The dental team are meticulous and friendly. I see RDH Olivia and Dr. Fried. Olivia is meticulous in her cleanings, and provides useful feedback and tips on oral hygiene and progress using my previous visit data and photos. Dr. Fried communicates well, and ensures the details of the current procedure are explained before starting. If additional care is recommended, he ensures the reasoning and urgency level is clear. I feel well informed and pressure-free at DHCW.

Steer clear! Dr. Mancuso has zero bedside manner or interpersonal skills. She comes off as cold and clinical, which might be OK if she had the skills to back it. She has on more than one occasion, in the middle of a major procedure, changed the course of treatment (resulting in a higher bill) and does not go out of her way to explain why or make you feel comfortable. The dentist is bad enough, don’t make it any worse by seeing this unkind, bitter, and dishonest clinician

Soooo friendly and kind. I don’t want to let the world know how kind this office is because they really are so good and I want them all to myself.. this office is dream team, I see Dr Mancuso for crowns and cavities and they are so patient. (And no cavities for years now!). Christine, thank you for making me feel comfortable and less stressed during my crown prep work. You are professional and so kind. I know this office does a great job because I never have any problems and my teeth look so much better. I just want to hug this whole office ❤️

Moved back to the area after years away and needed a new dentist. So thrilled my friend recommended Dental Healthcare of Woburn where I had my first visit today. Everyone - Dr. Mancuso, my hygienist Chelsea, the front office staff - was entirely lovely. Welcoming, calm, thorough, nice professionals in a pleasant, comfortable office. Also appreciate the convenience of adjacent parking lot. Highly recommend.
