Kristen Lannan has been my hygienist for the past 3 years and I have never been more comfortable and relaxed before with any other dentist. She has a great personality that makes it a joy to get your cleaning done and I would highly recommend her. Overall the practice is very clean, organized and well put together. I'm very pleased with my visits to this office where I have had many bad experience's.

The staff here are always friendly and take the time to make sure you are comfortable and that you understand what your options are and/or what will be happening during your visit, I used to dread going to the dentist, but now I feel comfortable going to my dentist appointments, knowing that I’m in good hands.

My daughter highly recommended this practice and I couldn’t say enough good things about the staff.
So welcoming, very professional and explained my treatment plan in a way I can understand.

The staff is outstanding. They are not only highly skilled they really care. Robin always shows such understanding and compassion when I call on the phone. Chanel puts me at ease immediately with her warm smile and ensures that I feel comfortable and that all my needs are met. As well, Danielle the Hygenis is excellent. I always feel like I am getting the best care possible.

When they say they cater to cowards its no joke. I always hated going to the dentist cause my previous dentists always hurt me and didn't seem to care. I went to Dr. Mancuso and she really took care of me, I needed a lot of work but she and her staff always made sure I wasn't feeling any pain. And my hygienist, Kristen is just awesome, she does an excellent job and also makes sure I'm not in any pain. They truly treat you like family there. I highly recommend them, every member of the staff is welcoming, friendly and there to look out for YOU. Go to the dentist no need to be scared here. I'd give them 10 stars but Google only let's you give 5.

I am dental-phobic and have resisted going to the dentist for far too long based on several bad experiences in years past. I was dragged to Coakley & Trainor by a current client and I am forever grateful that they made me go. From the minute you walk in the door, you know it's going to be a great experience. There is a friendly buzz in the air and you couldn't ask for a warmer greeting than Robyn the receptionist gives you. I filled out basic paperwork in less than 15 minutes and was taken for my appointment on time. My hygienist Colleen was incredible and knew w/o me saying anything (based on comments on my paperwork) that I was nervous. She put me at ease and was warm, conversational and very humorous throughout. It was also immediately clear that she knew her stuff. I saw Dr. Trainor and, again, the time he took to explain even the x-ray procedures to me was both exceptional and appreciated. Their equipment is state of the art and the busy office is exceptionally well managed and staffed. You get the sense that not only do these people care about their patients but they also care about the employees. It's nice to see an office that also HAS staff, instead of a more typical dentist where everyone seems to be rushed, harried and juggling too much work with too little time. I am also finding it VERY hard to believe a couple of the negative reviews here (the poor grammar in both being my first tip-off). I was taken through every step of the process and nothing I was given or told was excessive, the most expensive or "just because." I did my research before my appointment and after. Everything I was told and the treatments I am scheduled for check out perfectly with multiple sources. Sure, there are bargain basement dentists in strip malls around the state but you get what you pay for. I don't trust low rent optometrists with my eyes and I am certainly not going to put my adult dental care in the hands of low end dentists. THIS will be my new dental office for the foreseeable future and I would recommend them as strongly as they were recommended to me. I also posted this review on Yelp.

I recently brought my near 80 year old mother there to be treated for a chipped tooth and Dr.Mancuso and her staff were fantastic. They were extremely accommodating and friendly with a new patient on very short notice. We will definitely be coming here in the future.

Very happy I picked this place after moving to MA. The staff are super helpful and nice, and took great care of me that I don't remember being nervous at all. I will definitely recommend this place to my family. I look forward to visiting the dentist now! Thank you!
