Excellent service especially for handicapped accessible even in an old bldg. Safe was warn a caring. A thorough review was done allowing me to make my own determination on my next course of action regarding my insurance plan coverage and work needed They were extremely helpful letting me know the cost and my obligation vs insurance fully. Looking forward to going back there. It's an all in one shop. Well worth the time!

The staff here is awesome and you'll never feel forgotten or alone. Even on the weekends if something happens like a abscessed tooth they'll page the Dr's and one if not both will get back to you within a few hours. They not only saved a trip to the ER twice and set up an appointment asap. They'll also discuss and inform you of all your treatment options to better work with you.

Were do I even start. Wonderful staff. Customer service is outta this world. First time going to a dentist in ten years which completely embarrassing. I had to go for a surgical tooth extraction. Of course my nerves were going had the best of me but the women there are amazing all them are polite treat you like like one of their owns. The doctor was amazing older gentleman performed the operation quick and painless didn't feel a thing trust me people I was so skeptical and stuff especially being so long since I've went but I highly recommend this place wish I was staying in the states or I would make them my primary. 30 mins away but worth every freaking min. So pleased as I sit here with a tooth remoaved writing this review zero pain still a little number. But I'm so happy. Like tears in my eyes happy I got this done and so happy I went to this place. :)

I love this office.

Dr. Trainor is highly skilled and gentle. Michelle and Kristen are my favorites but they're all good.

The staff is friendly and the office is clean.

Equipment is state of the art which seems to find problems my old dentist didn't see when I was there. I have needed periodontal work and oral surgery and both specialists were at Dr. Trainor's office.

I highly recommend this practice to anyone needing gentle care.

There the best. Whenever I go to the office there so attentive and professional and down to earth. Treat pt with respect is like a big family. Melisa and Dr Morin are Awesome they took very good care of me. This office is full of positive vibes.

I have been seeing Dr. Trainor for about 16 years. His staff is great and he is very friendly. He always has great ideas on things I can do to improve my future outcomes. Anytime I've had an unexpected issue, I've managed to get an appointment with them that day. I am really happy with the quality of treatment that I receive with them. I recommend them to anyone who wants quality dental care.

I had my teeth cleaning done Last week. What I really got was I about a 10 minutes scaling. I wasn’t allowed to rinse so, therefore I had to swallow the debris of the scaling ( I should of & wish I said something at the time of the visit but it was awkward). It wasn’t much of anything though because not much was done. I was told that due to the covid19 guidelines that I could not get polishing done. I wish that I was told this information about not getting this full cleaning service when I was called A few days prior to my dental cleaning appointment. On that day, I received a phone call from the dental hygienist about the protocol. The part Of not being able to get the polishing was left out!!!! I would of postponed this dental cleaning appointment if I knew this information!!
Tooth polishing is done to smooth the surfaces of teeth and restorations. The purpose of polishing is to remove extrinsic stains, remove dental plaque accumulation. I called around and this is the ONLY dental office not doing a complete cleaning by not polishing. This dental office is only there to make money and does not care!!! I have paid thousands of dollars and I have dental insurance. Dr Mancuso’s chipped my tooth during a filling & they made me pay almost another 400 dollars to fix her mistake!! So that week I paid 1000 dollars!! Do not go there!!!!!! I wanted to rate this NO stars. It does not allow you to. I think these other reviews Are fake because I posted this a few days ago and it was gone when I just looked this morbid and they have so many more positive Reviews that they just added. There were only 3 reviews on Friday night. Now there are so many. They take all the negative down and put up fake positive reviews.

I can’t express how happy I am finding this dentist. Not only are the dentists great and as well dental hygienists but the front desk staff make this experience so painless. From Natalie finding me an emergency appointment last night for today to Chanel explaining the costs and being able to break it down as well as making sure all my needs were met. This dental office is superb and amazing!

I feel the need to update my review, even though I can't increase my overall satisfaction of 5 stars.
When I somehow found the courage to make an appointment with Dental Health Care of Woburn a couple of years ago, it had been more than five years since I had been to a dentist and about that long since I had smiled with confidence. I had missing, broken and rotting teeth, and I was depressed, ashamed and quite desperate. Since I placed that first nearly impossible call to make an appointment, my smile (and I!) have been utterly transformed, and there is not a day that goes by (or a global pandemic to endure) that I do not stop and smile widely in front of a mirror and thank God for my good fortune of finding this team. Since Doctor Trainor retired I have gotten to experience the healing hands of Dr. Mancuso, She is brilliant and kind...highly skilled and respectful. It would be a stretch to say that I look forward to my visits (yes...we are sill at work correcting the damage of five years of neglect!), but I do not dread them.
I can't tell you how many times during "the dark days" I would search the web for local dentists and read reviews hoping to hear of an experience like mine (without success). So if you are out there...paralyzed by fear but knowing you can't go on...please read my testimony and know that you can do it! it just takes that first call (and showing up for that first consult). I will be forever grateful to the entire team of Dental Health Care for giving me hope and changing my life! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

It had been a number of years (OK: 5+, if you must know!) since I had visited a dentist, and today, unbelievably, was my first visit with Dr. Trainor and his amazing team. "How could I have waited so long?" What will they think of me?" "I'm so ashamed I didn't come sooner!" If you're an adult with a pathological fear of the dentists you'll probably understand these thoughts of mine (and I honestly still can't believe i actually made the appointment AND that I didn't cancel!) From the moment Robin answered my initial phone call yesterday, to the kind reassurance and good humor of Chelsea as she took my x-rays and checked for gum disease, there was solid evidence that this team really cared about me and intended to help me reclaim the smile I thought I had lost forever. Dr. Trainor appears to be highly skilled, confident and caring, and now that we have established my treatment plan, I can hardly wait for my next appointment! Before I left an awesome staff named Chanel met with me to discuss the cost and financing. Chanel was terrific, clearly and carefully explaining every detail and helping me to determine the best financial arrangement (which in my case gives me a full year to pay for the work).
It's probably early to write this review, especially considering the long road before me. I guess I just felt compelled to compose it in the event that others (like me ) may be in a similar position: crushed by the weight of a deteriorating smile and associated feelings of shame and embarrassment . I promise to write an updated review once the work has begun...but something tells me I'm going to be totally impressed. Thanks Dr. Trainor and Team

Since my initial visit and consultation a couple of weeks ago I have had some pretty significant work done. It wasn't exactly easy, but with the skilled competence and gentle assurance from Dr. Trainer and his assistant, Danielle (and a little help from some nitrous - which I highly recommend) I got through the procedure and am now proudly wearing a temporary bridge and one helluva smile!
