I have received superior dental services from Serene Oaks for years. The entire staff is friendly, helpful, and well qualified. I couldn’t be happier with my dental care.

I love Serene Oaks Dental for numerous reasons, but the two most important reasons are: 1. They are knowledgeable. 2. They are personable and friendly. I often joke that I’m just going to show up one day just to say “Hi.” Strange thing to say at a dentist’s office, right? That’s my point. They make going to the dentist a positive experience. Dr. Loween has treated my crazy teeth for years, since they opened their doors. He’s diligent at tracking the changes in my teeth, giving me plenty of warning when I would probably need major work, like a crown, which has helped me financially plan ahead. I’ve truly appreciated that. He’s been my entire family’s dentist for years. All three of my children have had great experiences with him. He’s recommended the best care for them including wisdom teeth removal for all three kids. He’d called to check on them the evening of even when he wasn’t the one who removed their wisdom teeth. He’s also called me when I’ve had major work done, just to see how I was doing. This is a rare experience these days from medical professionals. I appreciate the excellent care my family has received. I don’t plan to go to a different dentist. While the care is most important, I just need to add that the spa-like atmosphere is such an added treat. I’m not kidding when I say, you will get warm neck pillows, warm blankets, and warm spa massage hot stones to hold all while getting your teeth fixed. I’d say that’s something to smile about.

The name definitely fits the atmosphere! When I walked in I was greeted with a warm genuine smile. I’ve never been seen at Serene so I had to fill out paperwork. While I was doing so the dentist offered me a fresh thyme water (herbs picked from their personal garden). I then was seen by my dentist Natalie, she was AMAZING!! When I sat in the chair she covered me with a thick purple blanket, asked me about my personal life not just my health concerns. After going over a few X-rays she walked me over to a wax machine (forgot the name) where I dipped my hands in then wrapped in a plastic bags, I felt like I was in a spa! Nathalie was so catering and informative. I felt comfortable talking to her about all my concerns and she made sure all my questions were answered throughly. I would recommend this place to anyone! Amazing people and the office has a very peaceful vibe.

I have been a patient at Serene Oaks Dental since they opened. My situation has been a challenge due to radiology treatments on my neck and jaw in the past. Dr. Loween has been incredibly knowledgeable and supportive. He.and his team have been the key to my dental health recovery. The staff are highly skilled and the atmosphere pleasant and comfortable. I had been dealing with a front tooth implant gone wrong from a childhood accident pretty much my whole life. I decided to come to serene oaks to have my front four teeth done, 3 veneers and an implant crown. I had always been so insecure about my smile but now I am not scared to show my teeth! They turned out better than I could’ve imagined, and I rest assured that Dr. Horn and her staff would do anything to make my teeth look perfect. Such a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, I am so grateful I chose serene oaks dental to finally get my smile back!!

Serene Oaks Dental is a highly professional and unique dentistry experience as a patient/client. You will absolutely love the the top notch service and the ambiance of the dental office/exam rooms, etc. The staff is wonderful and currently my parents, myself and now my children are all clients of Serene Oaks. I cannot speak highly enough of the service and the experience that we consistently receive there.

After doing amazing amount of research trying to find a new dental office I found Serene Oaks and I can finally say at the age 33, I've found my forever dentist and despite living in Prior Lake I still make the commute to go to this office. Why you ask? Serene Oaks is like a spa for your teeth & smile. The staff here is amazing, professional and friendly, they make you feel welcome and taken care plus the office itself is a calm setting just like a spa. I've really never thought a dental office like this existed in Minnesota, but here they are killin' it.

When my previous dentist told me he was planning to retire and he had been looking for a replacement, but he wouldn’t retire until he found the right fit, I was skeptical. Once I met Dr. Horn I knew he had done his research. He wasn’t leaving his patients in the hands of just anyone. Dr. Horn is compassionate, educated, honest and just as importantly, so is everyone that works with her. She truly cares about her patients and their comfort as well as the overall health that your teeth and mouth provide.
I didn’t have to follow her when she moved to North Oaks. I live in Minneapolis. I could have looked for someone closer. So could my husband and now adult son. But there is a reason we’ve remained committed to the same dentist for 20 years and will continue for many more. And yes, I enjoy going to the dentist👍
