Serene clinic is literally an answer to prayer. My visit to Serene clinic was nothing short of a great experience. Starting with the front desk staff Amazing ladies very sweet to the point that you feel like you have known them forever, Kristen the doctor’s assistant was so nice, knowledgeable and loving and Dr. Loween I don’t have enough words to describe his kindness and love for what he does, he was put in my path because the Almighty knew I needed a gentle dentist. If you are looking for a dentist look NO more, this is it!!

Serene Oaks is a lovely experience from the get go! The staff take the time to greet and welcome you as if you were old friends. They provide an almost spa like experience, making you feel pampered and valued the entire time - from the fruit infused water in the lobby to the paraffin hand wax while in the exam chair all the way to a personalized dental plan with the care management team and the doctors. The dental care is exemplary - I received gentle and thoughtful care along with much needed information and instruction. My mouth and my ego have never felt better!

I am a transplant to Minneapolis, and a new patient to Serene Oaks. I spent a lot of time researching dentists, trying to figure out who would be able to provide the best quality care and a great customer experience. I can, without a doubt, say that Serene Oaks offers both great quality dental care and customer experience. From the moment you walk in the door, the staff greets you, and appears to know every patient by name, which was a change of pace from being a patient to being a person. After filling out all the paperwork necessary to proceed with my visit, which they will mail to your address prior to your visit so you do not have to arrive 30 minutes before your initial visit, I was brought back to speak with a dental consultant who was very easy to talk to, took x-rays, and answered any questions I had. From there I met with Dr. Horn who is phenomenal. Very professional, and explained what she was seeing in my X-rays; she moved around her schedule to give me a filling that day knowing that I was flying to New York the next day. Before getting the filling, I met with my hygienist, Gracia, for a cleaning - great person, easy to talk to, and was extremely thorough - highly recommend her if you're looking for a cleaning.

After my cleaning, Dr. Horn and Melissa spent hours making sure my fillings were well done and formed to not cause future discomfort.

Overall 5 star experience. Serene Oaks Dentistry sets the bar high, and is a place that embodies the term customer care and professionalism. Other dental offices should consult with them on how to make patients feel like people.

I've never had a dentist make me feel so comfortable. Issues that I knew were happening in my mouth were not found by other dentists, but were found at Serene Oaks. I finally feel like I have a plan to get myself back on track and feeling better. The staff are wonderful on top of it!

I recently had work done on my teeth at Serene Oaks Dental. First my teeth were straightened and some correction was done to my bite. Everyone at Serene Oaks was so professional and nice I can not recommend them enough. One thing I did not see coming from all my recent dental work is I now smile more and that is a such a good thing. It rubs off on everyone around you. Dr. Horn and her team are the best and her work is perfect. I can not thank Serene Oaks enough for everything they did for me.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your advice, care and concern before and after my neck surgery. Helping me to be more comfortable during dental procedures prior to neck surgery was one of the special things Serene Oaks dental staff did for me. This kind of attention and care is a rare find in dental and medical clinics and what makes Serene Oaks Dental so unique. Thank you also for the wonderful surprise I received when I came home from the hospital. It made me cry.

Today was my first visit at Serene Oaks Dental, and I have NEVER been more impressed with a dental office before! The entire staff and Dr. Loween were professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. The entire time that I spent there, I was treated with respect and exceptional care. The office and exam rooms were immaculate and calming, and very welcoming. And as if all those things were not enough to recommend Serene Oaks, I even received a follow-up phone call from the Doctor himself in the evening to check on the status of my dental work from earlier in the day.

I have already made an appointment to switch my husband to this dental office, and will do the same for my children. I cannot stress how impressed I was with Serene Oaks Dental.

We always feel so well taken care of. The entire team at Serene oaks really goes the extra mile to make sure you have the best experience while at the Dentist. The Dr’s are very kind, extremely well trained and up on the most current dental practices.

Serene Oaks Dental is the best! They are wonderful for people who are long time goers of the dentist or people who have never been. Their dental service looks at your care from all angles including preventative care. Today I saw Sarah, Kat and Jessica Horn who are all fabulous at their jobs and wonderful humans. These people truly CARE!
