I had a good experience in Serene Oaks. I felt safe with the Covid measurements and environment. The staff was very welcoming in specially Natalie. Natalie was able to answer very kindly to all my concerns and questions. I'm grateful for her patience and dedication on her work. I even received a smoothie! How AWESOME is that!! Serene Oaks Dental and its staff were absolutely phenomenal. The staff are superbly professional, efficient, helpful, and kind. From the get go Natalie was welcoming, informative, and eager to work with me. The dental assistants Mellie and Sarah were wonderful and so knowledgeable. Dr. Jesica Horn was phenomenal. She is truly a magician when it comes to cosmetic dentistry, in my case porcelain veneers. Serene Oaks Dental’s team of professional dental care specialists are simply amazing! From the moment you enter the office, you are treated like the most special person and they keep you relaxed and your every need is taken care of. Dr. Loween has saved my teeth! His thorough analysis of my mouth has caught problems other dentists have missed. This dentist is the greatest, and I have seen many others. Then there is Natalie the care coordinator who is very thoughtful and takes as much time as you need to make care decisions. Jessie and Zoe who know orthodontic care like nobody else around. They did my Envisilign straightening and did their job efficiently and are so kind and nice in the process. My teeth look beautifully aligned and they made it so easy. My dental cleanings were wonderful, Sue? knows her stuff and has given me the greatest tips on keeping my teeth healthy and clean. I rave about this office and love these people besides what they have done for my health and well-being. I haven’t finished my work yet, but I feel so fortunate and lucky I found this office. Working with Dr. Loween and his staff will change your life and make you confident and so happy, you will be smiling all the time! Just like me! Go see them, don’t wait, just do it!

Sarah who I see for my fittings and checkup, is absolutely amazing that what she does and I trust her judgement 100%! She’s very detailed oriented about every tooth and spends the time to make sure everything is perfect!

I had pretty bad periodontal issues, and needed planing. Krista and the rest of the folks at Serene Oaks have been fantastic, and at my three month checkup after the planing the results were pretty dramatic. Can't recommend this place highly enough, they are on a different tier of service than any other dentist office I've seen. Thanks so much Krista, Peg, and Dr. Loween!!!
