This was by far my most pleasant experience in a dental office. Everything from scheduling the appointment to the gift bag I took home with me was fantastic. The staff were enthusiastic, outgoing and very knowledgeable. Their communication and business practices are on point. Having not been to the dentist in quite some time, I was nervous about the amount of work that needed to be done. Laura could sense my nervousness and calmed me down with a paraffin wax for my hands, some essential oils, a blanket and a warm pack for around my neck. She had my comfort front of mind. I have found my new long term location for all my dental care needs. Thanks to everyone!

I love Serene Oaks!! It feels more like a spa than a dental office--the doctors, hygienists, and administrative staff are so friendly and thoughtful. I always look forward to my visits because I know they really do care about my overall health. The hygienists have always been super gentle with my care because I have sensitive teeth.. I never worry about painful cleanings or procedures. I have been seen by both Dr. Horn and Dr. Loween--both are not only wonderful dentists, but wonderful people. Extremely knowledgable, caring, and thorough in their care. I would recommend this dental practice again and again.

I felt I received the best care I could have from a dental office, I was able to sit down one on one with a professional and discuss my concerns. They went over all of my options - many that I didn’t even know were available to me. They were very thorough and their friendly nature and general concern for my health helped to ease any anxiety I was having. This office is hands down the best I have been to and I'm looking forward to my next visit.

I dont normally do reviews but I have to for this company and its staff. I have been to a lot of dentists in my time and I've had some really bad experiences and of course some good ones too but Serene Oaks Dental has by far been the best of them all. This is a very tough time for everyone right now but the team here has been so patient and helpful through it all. I had temporary teeth in when the lock down started and was unable to get my crowns when I was hoping for but they kept up with me, reassured me if anything happened they would help me out. Dr. Chad Loween has personally called multiple times to check on me and make sure I'm ok. The whole staff is kind and professional and ready to help as best they can. If you are looking for a good dentist this is the place to go!

I have been seeing Dr. Loween for many years and he truly makes each and every one of his patients feel welcomed and appreciated. Dr. Loween goes above and beyond for his patients and individualizes their needs as needed. Him and Dr. Horn have an outstanding staff who value customer satisfaction and making sure every patients needs are met with perfection. I am always treated with coffees, warm blankets, neck warmers and more and that’s what makes this dental office so unique and special. Lastly I want to add that Laura, Sarah and Natalie specifically have been working with my services lately and they have been outstanding to work with.
