I had a visit here with Dr. Thao Le this afternoon and for someone who exceptionally hates the dentist and has anxiety about doing anything dental related, I was really pleased and relieved with my appointment. Dr. Le was thorough, made sure to explain what he was doing every step of the way, and gave me different treatment options to decide from for some work I needed and explained the pros and cons of each.
The financial coordinator was very helpful at explaining options to me as I don’t have insurance. The hygienist (I think her name was Phuong) was the absolute sweetest as well and I would go back to any of them anytime.

I have always been anxious to go to the dentist. I really liked my previous dentist, but there is just something different about the energy and environment at Richfield Dentistry that I am not nervous at all. Staff is friendly and caring and I get the impression they really care about their patients. There is no judgment and everone is very welcoming and easy to talk with.

I was completely lied to about the cost of signing up for the dental plan. I simply needed a cleaning and Xrays. As I awaited my cleaning while sitting in the dental chair a woman came in and "explained" how the plan would work. I do not ever have problems with my teeth so there's no way I would have signed up for the plan when I typically only need a cleaning. I flat out asked her the difference in price. I literally asked her what I would pay. She gave me 2 prices and made it seem like the plan was actually slightly cheaper. Shame on me for believing her. I left my appointment and paid the amount she told me that I would owe. Then a month later I receive a $219.00 bill from them. I was ill with Covid and down and out, but meant to call for an explanation, before I even had a chance to do so they sent my bill to a collection agency. To be clear the original bill was sent on 11/02 and by 11/29 it was sent to collections. I have perfect credit. I don't not pay my bills. I got scammed. I'll be contacting the Attorney General's office and the BBB regarding this matter. Needless to say I won't be returning. Buyer Beware.

I don’t usually post reviews but I had to for this one. I am an immigrant who knows absolutely nothing about dentists in the U.S. I decided to try this dentist after seeing that they offer $59 check ups. I had no dental insurance since I was new to the U.S and decided that their deal was great for me to check my teeth. I was told that I had so many things wrong with my teeth. I decided to get dental insurance and come back within 6 months to fix my teeth. I was quoted around $3000 out of pocket to get a few cavities fixed, was told that I needed a root canal and that I needed deep cleaning. I spent more time with the person who figures out pricing than I did with the actual dentist. The dentist and staff were super kind and nice, however I felt as if something was off. I ended up going to a trusted friend’s dentist which was less than 5 miles away from this office. They told me the complete opposite of this dental office and my bill came to around $400 which is a big difference compared to $3000 of unnecessary work done.

This place is fantastic. Dr Koehler has been awesome as have all of the staff from the front desk to every tech who I've met. I'm certain they must be great for families too. Full top rating in my opinion.

The team here is absolutely AMAZING! Clear, kind, professional, communicative, and attentive. I am so grateful. Special shout out to Dr. Krista Kaehler, Hanan, Micah, and Lupe. They have my highest recommendation.

Be very careful getting dental services from this place. I went for a dental checkup. They only took photos of my back molars even though I haven't been there for two years. I was then told I have a cavity, decay in a back molar and need an onlay. I said I already have one for a tooth that broke. I was told I needed another one . The dentist then brought in another employee to discuss payment options. The dentist left. The second employee said I needed a small crown and tried to tell me tooth was structurally bad. I told him I was getting a second opinion. I went for a second opinion. The second dentist said there was a dark stain and a small chip in the molar. There was no decay and no cavity. I didn't need a crown. In fact she was impressed with how healthy my teeth were. I have no cavities in any of my teeth. Saved myself $3,000 and needless pain from novacaine, drilling and grinding.

Worst dentist I've had. Both of my appointments I showed up on time only to sit the reception area for 20-30 min. They won't perform services unless you pay up front which isn't consistent with other dental places that would happily send me a bill after. Don't waste your time bud.

Went there in September for a deep cleaning, they couted me around $1400 and said my insurance would cover it and that I would only be responsible fory copay. 5 weeks later I received a notice from my imsurance saying that the dentist was charging them $2900 wich is way more than my coverage.I have called to ask why they are charging more than the original quote and nobody seems to know what is going on, meanwhile I keep getting letters from collection. Will be reaching out BBB to see if they can help me resolve this matter. Very bad service

I went last March and had a humiliating experience. I couldn't afford a night mouth guard out of pocket and the dentist was dismissive of my financial limitations and condescended me. If I recall correctly she said something to the tune of "let me know when you're ready to take this seriously." Needless to say I did not schedule a follow up with Richfield Dentistry.
