The worst experience I have ever had. Since Dr Perpich left hasn't been good. I just don't feel comfortable there now.

First time here. It was a wonderful experience overall. Manny at the front desk helped get me checked in and figure all the payment info out helping as much as possible. The lady that took my X-ray was very nice, but I didn’t get her name (sorry). Michael J. Perpich my new iron range friend made me feel comfortable and we worked together to find a solution to my horrible pain and discomfort. Megan was amazing and helped keep my anxiety level at an all time low. Douglas A. Carter is a fantastic surgeon. He also kept me calm while he fixed my mouth. Morgan made sure we had all the post-op information we needed. I can’t thank you all enough for the excellent service and comfort you provided to me. Definitely will be recommending this place to any and everyone. My watch has ended. #GOT #BestDentistryEver

I went in for an emergency appointment and got in within the same day. Dr. Choi was amazing! Everyone that worked there in general was super nice and friendly. I would highly recommend going to Richfield Dentistry!

I'm a person who was really afraid of the dentist because of bad past experiences as a kid and other clinics. Richfield Dentistry offers 5 star service. Not only is the staff super friendly, they listen to you and work at your pace to make sure you are comfortable. From check in, to x-rays, to exams, cleaning and procedures their #1 focus is you and your comfort. They explain everything in a way that puts me at ease. I will continue to go back to this dental clinic with my entire family for the years to come. Great service with a smile and I can say I'm finally not scared to go to the dentist anymore. :)

Some of the staff is absolutely excellent and do exceptional work, those certain people deserve well above 5 stars. However, I was told I had to put $100 down to meet with an oral surgeon. When I show up for that appt they magically forget about that $100 and nobody seems to have an answer as to why I was charged it.

Don't come here for Invisalign or clear aligners treatment. I came to this office in January 2022 looking forward to having Invisalign treatment. The staff said I would have to have a full exam before having impressions for my clear aligners, which is understandable. After my exam, I was told I needed to have some fillings and remove my wisdom teeth to start my process for Invisalign.

I was scheduled one week after my wisdom teeth surgery to take my impressions. I was in a lot of pain and could barely open my mouth, but they insisted on getting them done the same day instead of rescheduling the impressions for another day. After the painful impressions, they said I would receive a call in 2-3 weeks to pick up my clear aligners.

Three weeks later and I didn’t receive any calls, so I decided to call and ask what was going on. The receptionist told me that I had to come back and redo the impression because they weren’t good enough.

I went back and redid my impressions and waited three weeks again. I did not hear any response, so I decided to call again. Another receptionist said there was a little “delay” and I should hear from them soon.

Three more weeks passed, and I still did not hear anything from this office. I called again to check on the status of my clear aligners, and I had to wait on the phone for more than 30 minutes. The receptionist then told me there was a mix-up with my impressions because they switched from the Invisalign company to another company called Spark. It took them 6 weeks to figure out they had made a mistake.

I had to pay $6,000 for all of this treatment, even with dental insurance. It is almost April 2022, and I still don't have my clear aligners. The front desk staff are very unorganized and are terrible at communication. I had to call THEM to figure out what was happening with my treatment. This place only cares about getting more patients and more money. They don’t care about existing patients.

I had some bad dental work corrected at Richfield Dentistry. Everything they have done has been efficient, effective and wonderful. Dr. He was the original dentist I worked with and she is amazing. I have been working with Dr. Krista Koehler and she has also been great. The entire staff has put up with me and I could not be more grateful.

Everyone at Richfield dentistry -from reception to the dental assistant, to the dentist and the patient benefits representative- was incredibly friendly and helpful. They let me know what my insurance covered and what it did not. They were welcoming and encouraging. Coming to the dentist typically brings me a lot of fear and anxiety . At Richfield Dentistry, they put me at ease. My first appointment went really well all thanks to the staff. I highly recommend this place because of the people who work there.

Dr Perpich is great. A few years ago I tried another dentist with a Groupon who recommended thousands of dollars of work. I’m glad I went back to Dr Perpich before forking out the money. He said I didn’t need ANY work. I also love they have same-day crowns and guarantee them for five years. He even replaced one of mine for free well after that when it broke.

Brianne greeted me and my son in a pleasant manner. She made my son feel at ease while photographing his teeth via x-ray. Brianne was clear in her communication as to what was going on then and what was to be expected after his appointment.
