Richfield Dentistry is amazing! I’ve been to many other practices that have really scarred me from trusting dentists. From the initial visit, I’ve felt a great deal of trust in my dentist. Richfield Dentistry gave me something no other dentist gave me...hope! I like the treatment plan and am working through it. The office is always very willing to work with my financial situation. Just a rare gem of a medical office. As a manager at a medical clinic, I can comfortable rate Richfield Dentistry at a 5 smile. (But they are much more than that!)

I have gone in twice, once for a filling and the second time for my cleaning and in depth appointment. Dr. Perpich and Dr. Hannon were both great and I have no complaints. I thought the staff did an amazing job explaining what was going on, going over what insurance covered and what my out of pocket expenses would be if I decided to continue with the work, and just being personable. I would suggest Richfield Dentistry.

might be time for a new dentist. I've been up all night vomiting with horrible abdominal pain and nausea after getting talked into a flouride treatment yesterday afternoon. Turns out these are side affects of flouride toxicity. They did not explain the treatment fully- gobs of sticky disgusting chemical tasting flouride smeared on your teeth (lips, roof of your mouth, etc..) and then sent on your way..they say the stuff takes 10 minutes to "set up" but they don't offer to let you stay at the office during that time...swallowing large amounts of the stuff is unavoidable (since the application is so messy) and they never warned me not to... once the stuff hardens you're supposed to leave the icky hard film on your teeth for 6 hours at which time you will probably do what I did and vigorously brush your teeth which will release more flouride into your system- and they certainly did not go over possible side effects like this horrible can't-sleep-through-it abdominal pain, nausea, and vomiting. I'm sure not everybody reacts this way but, as medical professionals, they should notify you of all the risks. The worst part is that, after further research, my fears were confirmed that this treatment was really unnecessary for me since I have overall very good oral health and haven't had a cavity in years. My insurance not covering it should have been my first red flag. I'm pretty sure they were just trying to pad their pockets. This is not the first bad experience I've had with this clinic either. If you continue to go to this clinic please ask lots of questions and advocate for yourself.

Took my wife here because of excruciating tooth pain. The dentist hurried in and out not allowing her to even ask questions about his proposed treatment but stuck around long enough to call her "this perky young thing". When she asked the finance person to fetch the dentist so she could review her options, the finance person came back with a message from the dentist instead. The only thing they seem to be extracting is money.

The good? We received some x-rays for $59 so hopefully that helps bring our costs down when we get a second, more thoughtful and respectful opinion.

Very pleased with this office! Dr.Ayad and Dental Assistant Andi took care of me today giving me two crowns in record time for me to return to work and finish my day. The entire team was professional, personable and efficient. Thank you Richfield Dentistry!

I reached out to Richfield becuase its close to home. I had x-Rays and cleaning done here. Also covered other minor cavities that the dentist told me about. This all went well, but one of my tooth kept aching, I went in and my dentist explained everything, and it made sense. Yet she was close to recommending me to get a crown, I didnt feel in the need of one at age 22. And declined to this service. She asked about my wisdom tooth removal and I said I had scheduled it. Today I arrived to the office and I had already been quoted a price about a month ago. To realize today the lady tells me it when up slights and add an extra $70-90 due to more complicated teeth but when I was quoted it was the same teeth (wisdom teeth). She asked if I had eaten or drank, and I did. She said I can go into surgery but I wont be put to sleep and will cost me another $50. This made no sense to me. She told me, I told you that no food or water 8 hrs before surgery. In my head I was like this was a month ago, a friendly call or reminder would have not hurt. I ended up cancelling and now I'm taking my self to another dentist. It does seem like they want money/profit. Btw my cost wasnt expensive becuase my employer offers a good dentist insurance but I cant imagine this happening to another person and them saying it went up slightly.

What do you get when you build a dentists' office, put in some awesome staff, friendly attitudes, modern technology, and flexible scheduling? Richfield Dentistry of course! Stop reading and just break up with your dentist already. This is the only place you need to go to. Shoutout to Lorie and Dr. Sharpe-Bloch! Two top-notch professionals!

Dr. Perpich is a wonderful dentist who does phenomenal work! Two friends of mine have had their teeth completely re-done and gone from horrible to amazing! I have had the pleasure of having him work on me as well and I am more than satisfied with the results! His facility is full service. Instead of wearing a temporary crown for a week, you can have a permanent crown the same day. Richfield Dentistry is THE PLACE to get dental work done! Bar none!
