I arrived for my 11:30 appointment today at around 11:20 and checked in with the front desk. There were 3 parties ahead of me, and 4 other parties came in after me. I waited til 12:15, during that time all of these parties got called in to their appointments ahead of me. Not a word from the front or back staff about why I was left waiting. I would have asked the front desk person why this happened as I was leaving, but she was busy chatting on the phone, so I left. I noticed they called me at around 3:30 while I was out running errands but they didn't leave a voicemail. Poor show of professionalism and simple courtesy all around. I will not be going back.

Excellent experience at Richfield Dentistry. Receptionist was extremely friendly, Dr.Krista was very helpful and willing to work within my timeframe of 4 weeks to get a cleaning, root canal, and my wisdom teeth removed. I’m quite impressed with the services and their ability to expedite the work needed. I’ve already recommended them to my friends and family.

I have been going to Richfield Dentistry every 3 to 6 months for about 3 years now. Dr. Krista Koehler is so kind, she listens to my concerns, and she provides excellent education. The hygienists do a thorough job. I like that they accommodate late afternoon appointments. I would highly recommend this dental office.

Richfield Dentistry is an amazing place with great staff! I went in for a cleaning and Krista Koehler was very helpful and engaging when determining best route for my visit and provided tips to help keep my teeth clean! Later Liliya Reytel did a awesome job in cleaning my teeth! Overall great staff and caring individuals - also in a great location - I would recommend Richfield Dentistry for anyone looking for a great and caring atmosphere!
