I just started going to this dentist's office and I continue to have amazing experiences. Everyone is incredibly kind and compassionate. What I've enjoyed the most has been how efficient they are when it comes to my dental care. I've been to plenty of dentists before that loved to take their time and drag things out, but this place threw me in the chair and got to work as soon as possible. Highly recommend if you're looking for something new, effective, and comfortable.

My first (and only, so far) experience with Richfield Dentistry was great! I called yesterday to make an appointment. I told them about the tooth pain I was having. They didn't have any appointments available until today at noon. A few hours later, they called to tell me they'd had a cancellation and could get me in later that afternoon!
Having not been to a dentist in years, my teeth needed a lot of help. They didn't give me a hard time at all, just told me they would focus on fixing the pain right away and come up with a plan to get my teeth healthy again.
Everyone there was so nice and welcoming! They explained everything before they did it and made sure I was as comfortable as possible the entire time. They even had a benefits coordinator who called my insurance to verify what they would cover. She then went over a detailed breakdown with me of cost and got a payment plan set up for me. Nothing felt rushed and they weren't at all pushy about treatments. It did take longer than I'd expected, but that was because besides extracting two problem teeth, they also did x-rays and a full exam and took the time to make sure I understood everything and was comfortable and they set up and explained a plan to get things back on track.
My 3 year old and her dad were waiting for me (after spending most of the time next door at Target) and the staff gave my daughter a balloon to help entertain her.

The entire staff here is amazing!! I've had a lot of dental procedures and this is the only place that makes me really feel like I'm family

I went to Richfield Dentistry early this morning. I was very nervous and apprehensive. All those feelings were gone after meeting the GREAT, Professional staff there. I needed a deep cleaning. The hygienist, Jigme, that performed the cleaning , is an Angel!! She was very caring, compassionate, and professional!!!! I actually can’t wait to get back there and have her do the other side of my mouth. The side she did feels like a brand new mouth! Thank you Jigme!!!

I had a serious tooth ache that kept me up all night long. I made a same day emergency appointment and it was the smoothest wisdom tooth extraction by one of the dentist.
Pain free !!. Literally 1min I was done.
Great staff and very professional. Richfield dentistry will be the only place I come to for future work done on me. Come here and you will leave with a smile.

Emergency dental care during the pandemic was amazing! They got me in right away. I wore a mask in the lobby and they all had masks in the back. During the work they had gown, N95 mask, and face shield. I really felt safe. The dentist that worked with me was kind and asked if I had questions. I felt extremely well taken care of in a time that gives little reassurance!

Recently had a tooth extracted because of a cracked tooth. Dr. Perpich was very amazing. His surgery on my tooth was painless with local anesthesia. All other staff members were also helpful during my visit. I stopped bleeding within 24 hours following their extractions surgery post op.

I had a wonderful experience here! It had been quite...some time since I last visited a dentist office and there was NO judgement from anyone. I put off my visit due to COVID spikes in the winter, but I wish I came in sooner! The offices were clean and the staff took COVID precautions seriously. My checkup, crown placement and root canal appointments with Dr. Koehler and Dr. Hamedy were professional, quick and painless! I feel like a new woman, I can chew with ease now!!!

I decided to switch over to this dental office and let me say I am glad that I did! Brianne and Dr. Koehler made me feel so welcomed and were very comforting because of my dental anxiety. From start to finish my experience was super pleasant! I will continue to come back.

I found Richfield Dentistry as I was frantically seeking emergency dental care before going out of town. From the time I called and reached the office through the actual emergency visit on a Saturday morning (treating someone not local and therefore not going to be a long term patient) the staff was friendly, patient, and incredibly helpful. They even found a creative treatment plan to get me through vacation and the ability to conclude my treatment at home. If I were local I'd become a very loyal patient but instead I will settle for submitting reviews online.
