I was afraid to get a root canal, but the experience was so smooth and, dare I say, pleasant? At least as pleasant as a root canal gets? Erjza (please forgive me if I spelled that wrong) was my hygienist. She was so kind, gentle, explained everything along the way, and made me feel at ease. Dr. Hamedy was professional, to-the-point, and finished the procedure as quickly and painlessly as possible. Definitely recommend coming here!

To be honest, I would save your time and money and find another place within your dental network. Your teeth are important and you deserve the best and I can’t say I’d recommend this place to anyone. I saw Dr. Wilkinson the first time which is why I came back, he’s great! Second time, I went recently for a cleaning and a filling which turned into getting an onlay. Overall, took 4 hours and this was after they quoted me about 1.5 hours for both things. I saw Dr. Ibraheem and I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt but he seemed very new and I sat there for at least 30 minutes without anyone stopping in while being numbed up waiting for my onlay piece to be made, but the dentist said we’d do cleaning while we wait and that did not happen. That resulted in me sitting there for 30 minutes. Also, I had 4 different dental assistants in and out while I was being seen, so that was not consistent. Also, I requested my lower gums be numbed for my cleaning, that happened but it wore off by the time cleaning my teeth came. Dr. Ibraheem numbs me up again but doesn’t put topical on my gums like he does the first time, so this time I wanted to scream in pain because the needle hurt so bad. He even asked me if it hurt more the second time and I said yes and he didn’t even realize he forgot the topical. I should also mention he was going to dothe onlay procedure without an assistant present (he said we will start it until an assistant can jump in) and have me hold the suction for my mouth…needless to say I was nervous. I regret not walking out or speaking up sooner. I feel all of these details are important to share so I can hopefully save someone’s time and money. I will be looking for a new dentist. Only reason this place has great stars is because of Dr. Wilkinson, so if you choose to go here, only go to see him, otherwise it’s not worth your time.

I appreciate Dr. Wilkinson’s nice approach to my teeth status. He starts off with a small talk to make you comfortable before he jumps into the teeth analysis and plan. My son travels across town (Brooklyn Park to Woodbury) just to meet him. Definitely sticking to this dentist out of all the other dentists that I have met in my 40+ years of life.

Respectful, nonjudgmental, and very friendly. A professional staff that were happy to help with my emergency, and made room to do so. I was very glad to have met them all!

If you're in pain or just need a cleaning, this is the place. Great staff. Very knowledgeable and they spend time teaching you about next steps and best health for your teeth. Very happy with my dental care here!

They made me love my smile again. I hadn't been to the dentist in a looooong time, and was dreading it. They made me feeling comfortable and at ease. What I liked most is that they will recommended treatments/procedures without pressuring you into getting them done. Additionally, I had a procedure (don't remember the name of it) done by Samantha the hygienist she made it enjoyable and it was pain free, no soreness or pain the next day.

This place is terrible. They are in the business of making money and that’s it. I regularly go to the dentist and actually get compliments on my teeth. I went in for a routine cleaning as I moved recently and didn’t have a dentist in the area. They took X-rays and probed my teeth. The dentist asked the hygienist during probing if I was bleeding, she said no and laughed saying she needed to probe harder. Then what do you know, next few probes all my lower teeth bleed. They proceeded to tell me I have periodontal disease and needed advance cleaning w/ a laser treatment. I have never been told I have perio dx or that anything was wrong with my teeth so this was very shocking. I also brought up the issue of my teeth grinding/cheek biting during sleep. The dentist tried to sell me on a mouth guard for $400. He said it was due to stress and after having discussed my career (in my 4th year of vet school, almost done) that stress is inevitable for me so the mouth guard is the only option. He said obviously I’m stressed in school and once I start practicing I will be stressed and if I get married and have kids I will be stressed. He said my teeth grinding wasn’t bad enough now but as I would keep grinding them, I would lose the protection around my front teeth and they might chip and break like he’s seen. Talk about scare tactics and overreaching. The conversation we had to get to know each other felt completely inauthentic too. Finally, I went to the room for my advance cleaning and broke down. I felt super uncomfortable and explained to the hygienist all I had wanted was a routine cleaning and I don’t know how it was misinterpreted. I ended up leaving without having anything done and I will not be returning. This was the most uncomfortable I’ve ever felt at any type of medical office.

Highly disappointed in the office manager and level of customer service I was provided. I went for a visit with Dr. Yusuf who recommended a number of treatments including two fillings. I received two filling side by side that have now been causing me an extreme amount of pain (hot/cold sensitivity). I called in and spoke with the office manager who told me that it was perfectly normal and then changed her statements to say that I had other cavities causing the pain. I asked to speak with Dr. Yusuf and she denied me the opportunity to speak with my family dentist stating she was far to busy and I was not allowed to stop by the clinic without an appointment. Are you serious??! This is not a family dentistry that I would bring my loved ones to ever again. The office manager stated she would set up another appointment which would be billed (or Dr. Yusuf could code it as a post-opt appointment) -- I asked how they handled these types of costumer concerns in the past and the office manager replied 'It has never happened before'. I've been refused the opportunity to speak with my family dentist and received no form of customer service support from the office manager. I'm in pain, need to speak with my doctor and want some level of support. I highly recommend exploring other dental offices in the Woodbury area who truly care about their patients.

Very professional staff very friendly and make you feel very comfortable. It wasn't not as painful as I thought it might be I did everything to make it easy. Happy with the results of the crown. A little on the expensive side for my taste though.
