Aspen Dental

I was there for 2 hours for check up and a general cleaning and was not serviced. They made a mistake with my insurance and will have to reschedule for another date. The staff is very friendly but to take off work and not get anything done at the dentist was really frustrating. I also think they overbooked. There was a long line of patients waiting to get checked in when I arrived. I arrived early, as instructed, and the doors were locked because they were still on lunch.

It was my first visit and I really loved this dental office in Southaven Mississippi. The staff was so nice. Looking forward to my next visit.

I am completely unhappy with my new immediate upper denture! The gum line is fat and uneven. There are sharp edges that constantly cut my gums and the teeth starting from my middle tooth going towards the back on the left are crooked, uneven and dip in. I'm really disappointed with this experience.

Dr. Brown and all of the staff were excellent. They are professional and friendly. My 10 year old actually enjoyed her visit and looks forward to her 6 month follow-up. On top of all of that, the office is beautiful and I am so glad that we have switched to Aspen.

Very nice facility and Staff was very friendly and Dr.Brown was amazing! I naturally have a fear of the dentist but she was very friendly and made the experience very welcoming. I would definitely recommend them for anyone looking for a good dentist.

Not a good experience at all. First we had an appt. scheduled for a Good Friday . I get a call the day before that they need to reschedule . Rescheduled for the next week . I had called my insurance earlier in the day and was told cleanings covered at 100% every 6 months. My kids get back there and then the billing lady calls me back and says I owe 120 dollars a piece for X-rays . First of all why wasn’t this discussed beforehand , second of all why wasn’t this verified with my insurance that they even covered those kinds of X-rays. Then they didn’t even perform their cleanings. Very unprofessional .

I am beyond disappointed and dissatisfied with the treatment that I've received from the staff of this Aspen Dental location. I made it very clear during my initial appointment that I would be going out of the country on a job assignment for a few months and I will not be able to return. The staff went ahead, and started my dental work, removed my permanent crown and took moldings for my new permanent bridges. They assured me that they would be back by 11/17. It does not take nearly two weeks for the bridges to be made. When I arrived today for my appointment, I was advised that the bridges were being rushed from overseas. My flight leaves later today and I still have temporary crowns in my mouth. I've never felt so betrayed in my life. I have spent a large amount of money with Aspen only to end up not getting the service. I'm a government employee and I will not stop until I get my service. I didn't do anything to anyone in that office to be treated so poorly by their unprofessional and uncaring selves.

Each one professional caring and patient was my first visit and they were excellent

I was really impressed by the customer service I received. The Dental Assistant informed me on what she was going to do and made sure she was gentle (due to my tooth ache). The Hygienist and the Dentist was very informative and did everything to help ease my pain. Everyone was very professional. I love my experience.

My mom's appointment was at 4pm but she wasn't called back until 5:15pm. We came a little early and the first thing they do is ask for payment (which is a real turn off). Do people actually have procedures done and don't pay??? Another thing, mom has dementia and I was told I could not accompany her to the back. She only had one appointment to bite into stuff to mold teeth; then they said her teeth will be ready next appointment. She and I are both worried about how they will fit. If the work is shoddy or good, I will share.
