I have to give one star because 0 is not an option. Worst after the sale service ever! Prepaid over $4k for 2 tooth extractions and new upper/lower dentures in August 2022. Called in on Apr 4, 2023 to try to get an adjustment on my upper and they tell me the earliest they can see me is May 16. Signage says "Walk-ins Welcome". Don't believe it. I went in as a "walk-in" and they tell me they have already accepted 1 today and to come back in 2 days and they "might" be able to fit me in". All this for a minor adjustment to eliminate the pain I have been suffering for over 7 months now. All I can say is BUYER BEWARE!!!

They were so courteous , personable, and they really cared about you. there are few people that I would like to mention because of their professionalism, courteous, and how they made me feel. They are Dashana, Dr Copeland and Dynasty. Great environment will be back.
