Very clean facility. Nice courteous staff. Explained all my results and options thoroughly.

Aspen Dental-Goodman Rd.,Southaven MS; The most unprofessional service I have ever been to. Supposedly I had 5-cavities and that's what they charged me for before I ever got to the dentist chair. Who has ever heard of paying for a service before you actually get it?! Anyway they only filled 4, the other left unfilled, probably because the quasi-dentist and assistant were busy watching a television program while working in my mouth. So they'll give a refund a MONTH later, for services they didn't do. I call to ask about another appt.to get other one filled, Acct.manager suggests I go somewhere else, even though it's less convenient for me. Troubling to say the least. I don't see this location being in business for long.

Dentists give me anxiety… This was my first time coming to this one. The entire staff is friendly. I got X-rays, an exam, cleaning, toothbrush, water flosser, and going back for fillings. So glad this is my new dentist! They made me feel comfortable and that’s hard to do for me in this environment.

First time I’ve been there ,I was very impressed with how professional and friendly all employees were there …. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

Everyone was very polite and they were all doing a wonderful job of listening to us.

Some of the rudest people I've dealt with in a long time. I was told I didn't confirm my appointment when I did (even showed her the confirmation screen still open in my email) and kept repeating I could either sit and wait "a few hours" or reschedule for a month later! Reschedule what!? Apparently I didn't schedule anything. My teeth will rot before I come back here.

My experience wasn’t very pleasant due to the fact that I waited soooo long. I know it was my first time there and they needed to gather my information but I only went in hoping to get my teeth cleaned. They gave me an x-ray and told me all of the work I would need done to my mouth. After waiting almost an hour for the doctor to come in she basically repeated the same thing I was told earlier. I was moved from one cold room to another for some reason. They thought that room wasn’t as cold as the previous one but it was. They even gave me a blanket to keep me warm while waiting on the doctor to come in. I went there for two hours and didn’t even get a cleaning but left with more so of a consultation of how much it will cost to get mouth work done. It totaled out to be around $4000 and out of my pocket I’ll have to pay $1400. So I left pretty irritated and tired. The staff was nice however but I just did not enjoy my visit there.

I have had a lot of really bad experiences with dentist in the past due to one reason or another.

I can honestly say that Aspen has changed my life. I have needed some serious dental work done for years and have neglected to do so because of past experiences.

When I first came to Aspen I was worried it was going to be another bad experience. I can say that it was the best one yet.

I was told that I have gingivitis, 3 cavities, and needed a regular cleaning and 2 root canals. (I opted in to just getting the teeth pulled).

I first saw them about 1 1/2 months ago and I have already reversed the gingivitis. Monday I got the cavities filled and the teeth pulled yesterday.

I have sensory processing disorder and I expressed that to them and they worked with me very well. I am get overwhelmed very easy and they were so kind during the whole process.

They made sure I was very comfortable. Even going out of their was asking if I was cold and adjusting the temperature when I was.

I truly have nothing but nice things to say about the staff. Every single one of them! It was a wonderful experience working with them and I had wonderful experience overall. They also have really great pricing. I highly recommend them!

This place was very clean, the staff is so welcoming. I remember when I first walked in the door the young lady at the front desk was busy with another patient but she made it her business to acknowledge me. From the Dr. to the staff, everyone was so professional. I highly recommend Aspen Dental.
