Aspen Dental is a wonderful Dental office. This was my first time coming there. I called on Thursday, the young lady that answered my call was very helpful. I asked her what was the soonest day that I could be seen,she said that I could come in that same day. I wasn't expecting that, so she gave me an appointment for the next morning. The ladies at the front desk delightful. I think I was there about 20 minutes and I was called to come to the back. This place was very vibrant, the staff and the patients were laughing and talking, which made me feel very comfortable. They were very thorough, which was refreshing. I've already referred two people to Aspen Dental. The lady in the business office was a doll. From the front of this office to the back was a wonderful experience.

I was really hurting with a bad tooth and did a walkin as an emergency. They worked me in despite being busy and short staffed. I received an antibiotic an pain meds and went back the next day for the extraction. The staff couldn't have been nicer. Dr. Anderson and Brown were wonderful 2 teeth extracted in less than an hour in the office no pain .

The thing that I don't like about this place is, they never explain why the insurance didn't cover something on the service that you had done. They never send out a bill if you have a past due bill with them. Upon your arrival and getting signed in is when they tell you that there is an unpaid balance.

Today is actually my first appointment, Southaven location. My appointment is scheduled for 9a.m. The receptionist is very friendly and she is doing what she can to make sure that the patients are taking care of. Now the only concern for me so far with Aspen and Doctor offices, is why are appointments scheduled at the same time and only one can be seen one at a time? I imaginatively understand that businesses are designed to do what it can do. We cannot rush services but as a patient I would prefer to be scheduled when it is not so busy. Other than that, I do believe and trust the issues that I have will be handled professionally and with great, compassionate care.

I am sitting in my vehicle and I informed the receptionist to call me when it is my turn to be seen.

From the looks of it Aspen must be popping because a lot of patients are scheduled today as any other day. 😁😁😁😁

I was very pleased with the courtesy and professional service I received at Aspen Dental in the Southaven office. After the Dr explained the process of the service I went in for I then met with saw a young lady that explained the financial aspect while showing all options. I was very satisfied with the whole visit and will be returning in a couple of weeks.

When I went to my appointment at Aspen Dental for the first time I had extreme anxiety as a lot of people do when going to the dentist. As soon as I walked in I was greeted immediately. When I got to the back I was explained every thing being done and properly introduced to the staff that would be taking care of me during my visit. I am 50 years old and have had almost all of my back teeth pulled. I have just adjusted over the years. The dentist at Aspen Dental suggested partials so I could have my back teeth back. That stood out to me the most. All the years I have Been going to the dentist no other has suggested that. Made me feel like hey they really care. I left with a treatment plan as well as a smile on my face!! Thank you Aspen Dental for giving me my smile back!!!

The visit started off rocky. My appointment was scheduled for 8 am, I arrived at 7 45. While the door said 7 30 opening time they were still closed and I was told that I couldn't come in until 8, because that's when they opened. Meanwhile, there was a group of ladies sitting in the lobby talking. A few minutes later two more cars pulled up and one the clients hopped out pulled on the door a few times and was let in. That kind of threw my first impressions off into left field. Once inside, although I was the second person through the door I was the last one in the waiting room. Everyone that came behind me that morning with the exception of one lady, was seen before me, even someone who was waiting outside. The visit took a turn for the better once I was in the back, which was a little over an hour later. The staff was very friendly, (some of them) and very accurate at their job, very precise. Once behind the scenes things went very smoothly. I will be returning for a second visit soon, I just hope that I get a better second impression than the initial first. I would recommend on work ethic alone, but being a person in customer/client service myself I have to always say first impressions does truly make a difference.
