Aspen Dental

I called Aspen dental and was sent to the Goodman office. Once I arrived after a 20 minutes drive, I was refused service because they were too busy. I was the third person in the office. Thanks for nothing.

All of the office staff is very friendly. They make sure to explain all of the work you need done and answer any questions that you have. Overall pleasant experience.

I had an amazing experience. I was seen as soon as possible. I was treated with kindness and care. I was given a treatment to follow and all the staff were warming.

Waited an hour to be seen, the doctor went ahead and seen everyone else that came in after me. Hygienist was pushing stuff on me that I did not need at all. I felt discriminated because I didnt carry dental insurance but had the funds to cover out of pocket expenses. Will never come here again

I was in Southaven, MS for work and spent the night. In the morning while eating breakfast one of my veneers came unglued and popped off. I had a client appointment at 11am in Oxford, MS. I called dentists in Southaven to glue on my veneer and Aspen dental could see me at 9 am. This would work. When I called, the appointment person was very helpful when I told him I needed a veneer glued. I arrived at the office, Completed all the paperwork and told the receptionist at the office that I need a veneer glued on. After waiting a while I was called back into an office where I told the hygienist that I need a veneer glued on. The doctor came in and I told her I need a veneer glued on. She told the hygienist that I was a new patient and I needed x-rays. I told the hygienist that I had my semiannual dental exam last month which included cleaning and x-rays and I did not need x-rays. I was here to glue on my veneer. She was rather rude and insistent that I was to have x-rays I said ok whatever will help get my veneer glued on and get me on the road to my next appointment. After telling another hygienist that had been waiting 11/2 hour To get my veneer glued on she went to get the doctor The doctor came in and stated that she did not “do” veneers and did not have the correct cement to glue it back on but she could use the cement she had for attaching crowns and the veneer might stay on temporarily. I asked how much it would cost and was told $109. I replied this was quite high for gluing on a veneer and that it usually costs around $50. The very nice office woman said she would check on the price. She came back with a price of $98 at that point I felt that I was a captive audience, had waited an hour and a half and needed to got to my next appointment so I acquiesced and the doctor glued it on with what she had in the office. My complaint is that I informed everyone I was in contact with I NEED MY VENEER GLUED ON. I said that 6 times and no one said we don’t do veneers until I had waited 1 12 hours. Why was I not told this when I made the appointment!!!!! I would have gone to a dentist who did veneers. I felt that I had been misled and up charged for incomplete work. I would like my money back. I could never recommend this Southaven office to anyone after having this experience.

Everything was explained to me so that I could understand it as they went from x-rays to payment options. I was even able to come back that afternoon for a cleaning.

They made me feel comfortable from the start. Great experience and was very welcoming.

If I could give this establishment a 0, I would. I went Nov. 18th for a consultation visit. They did full mouth xrays and were supposed to give me a dental plan with costs. They could not give me prices that day because they had to consult with their main office. I called back twice in 10 days and they still had no information for me. Ultimate fail!! My business went elsewhere.

This was my first time at Aspen Dental and I was very impressed with the professional service and fantastic customer service they provided. Dr. Brown and the entire staff made my visit a 5 star experience.
