First time. Visit went well I was in pain and they removed the bad tooth. I was a walk in so wait was expected. Only complaint was they said they would prescribe antibiotics and a couple pain killers. It was end of day. They never went through could be place I pick up from never got it that night. so I can’t blame dentist on that.

I was excited to come. I heard nothing but great things. I called to schedule an appointment. I asked the receptionist if my insurance was in the network. She told me that it was. I proceeded making an appointment, went to the appointment and about about 2 weeks later I got a bill stating they were not in my network.

There is no communication in this building had insurance the service Representative we tried to find your insurance but we couldn’t wait on the phone for 30 mins so they give me pricing without insurance. I was in pain I spoke with the doctor in told her twice I was in pain she didn’t do anything about it. They told me I had to pain before I get my tooth remove this was on 18th which I told them that was find but I have insurance representative told me again it doesn’t matter you still have to pay the 60 percent up front so when is my appointment it will be late June. What so I’m supposed to be in pain until late June yes. They are very unprofessional they don’t try to help I wish I would have never went there very unprofessional.
