My First visit I was hesitant about coming here, I'm glad I did everyone was very polite and reassuring from the front desk to the Dentist. Very pleased with my visit I will be returning to maintain my Dental Hygiene. Thanks Ladies you were Awesome yesterday 03/25/2021. 👍🏾

I give them 0 stars. Took my mom for her appt yesterday & we were there over 2 hours & never saw a dentist. Waited in outer office for an hour & 1/2. Seated in a chair in exam room & sat there for over 45 minutes. The only one that came in was person with breakdown of the cost. There were no apologies for it taking so long, nothing to acknowledge the long wait. Nothing except receptionist asked if mom wanted to make another appt. Ridiculous, we will find another dentist office!

I had a great experience. I was seen on short notice Dr Brown and staff are very friendly and resolved my issues. This will definitely be my new dentist office.

I had a toothache from an infection, my jaw is completely inflamed but when I called for help I was told, after being asked if I had insurance, that I couldn't be seen till Wednesday, (3 days) from when I called for help. They boast being able to help anyone who needs it or walks in but I see that isn't the case when you haven't insurance.

Signed in and was asked to wait in my car until they were ready for me. I have no problem with that as the COVID rates are high where I live. It was 32 degrees outside, so I had to keep my car running while waiting. I did not get the call to come into the office to be seen for almost 2 hours. When I finally got the call, I was already home because I was not sitting in my running car after the hour mark. Tried to call but sat on hold for 15 minutes. Decided that wasn’t worth the effort to keep holding on the phone either. Such a complete waste of time. I will not be rescheduling. Very poor business practice.

As a first time customer my experiences wasn’t the best. My initial reason for the visit was pain from a fill in coming out and a chipped tooth. I was expecting some type of treatment to be completed that day but they were not able to complete all the option given to me at that location. I would have to go somewhere else for services and then come back to them. I would rather go to an office that can provide all of my needs. Lastly the tools they use to complete a X-Ray is so painful I’ve had X-Rays before so I know they can invest in something less painful for customers. I probably will not go back there again!

I am terrified of dentist, growing up so had a dentist so rough on my mouth that I said I would never go again if I could help it. My nerves be everywhere when i have to sit in the office every time, so i kinda let my teeth go down. Y’all I left my teeth get infected l, i was so miserable at work trying to push through to the point of feeling like i was about to pass out. We are already living in scary times, with COVID, i thought i had COVID went got tested the results was negative (thank God) went got tested for flu and Streep results was negative ( praise God). My jaw swole up over night I had a fever an body aches. I had to go to a dentist, no one would see me and I ran across Alden, I was so desperate that whatever they charged to put me out of pain I was willing to pay it. I would have emptied my savings. When I first headed to the dentist I gave myself a mental talk because i am so use to going to health care facilities being talked to with attitudes and just no care, but from the front door until I left I was in heaven. The staff is so friendly, so helpful, so caring I was at complete ease. I was so shocked that I didn’t encounter not one person acting like they did not want to be at work. I felt like i was getting greys anatomy treatment. i would recommend this place to anyone. I will be back forever, and i will begin to take care of my teeth like i should have been. I wish i knew about this place years ago. This is really a one of a kind place. Everyone was friendly, office was clean, and they didn’t treat you like you are scum from the earth. I am just still mind blown I’ve called all my relatives and told them about ASPEN! Thanks so much for helping me rid the fear of dentist.

Awesome place Dr Brown did a great job pulling a wisdom tooth out that was cracked. I would definitely recommend using Aspen Dental of Southhaven Mississippi to anyone.

Be warned of Aspen Dental trying to scam you into expensive procedures you don’t need. Please google their class action lawsuits and look into all the websites and Facebook pages that are trying to also warn people. I don’t have experience with this this particular location but my issue is with Aspen Dentals company wide business practices. They lure you in with free xrays and then tell you that you have major issues. I gave them a try and they told me I had advanced Periodontal Disease and would need dentures within the next year which of course shocked me considering I was 24 at the time and never had more than a cavity previously. They then told me that they won’t accept my insurance (Aetna) and it would be $1200 that day to do a treatment. This was after I had been sitting in the chair by myself for almost 2 hours (why not tell me they don’t accept my insurance over the phone when I setup the appointment and gave them my information). I left and got multiple second opinions and each dentist told me I had no such issue and that they have all heard horror stories of patients coming from Aspen Dental. Please check out the negative reviews for the Memphis location to see others experiences regarding their business practices. This is not an individual location issue, this is a company wide issue. From my understanding, employees are trained in high pressured sales and given really high quotas so it’s no wonder they lie to people in order to make money off of selling fear. If you want a good honest dentist in the Desoto county area, check out Windstone Dental instead.
