First time I’ve been to a dentist office that actually laid out a good game plan and gave me the treatment I wanted and addressed it quickly. I couldn’t ask for any better. The girls at the Cape Girardeau , MO Aspen Dental office did everything in their power to hear my concerns and they was all very sweet.
I hope I can say the same after all of my future follow-up visits.

All I wanted was a routine cleaning and instead spent almost 2 hours doing everything the company wanted to “make a plan” for treatment. I didn’t want a plan, I just wanted my teeth cleaned. This practice is clearly only about making money and did not appreciate not being heard on what I wanted. I wasted 2 hours of my day without even getting the service I wanted. Very terrible experience.

Staff was very knowledgeable and kind. Dentist was as well even though she hasn't started on me yet but I liked her by just talking to her. Much better than the last place I went to. Highly recommended.

Attempted to make an appointment for a split tooth. Kept getting a voicemail during normal business hours. Left message and never got a return call. Not very professional for repeat customers. Also called number your reply provided also with no answer and only a voicemail. Definitely not the best action in regards to this manner.

The hygienists are great but the doctors are horrible. Went in for an abscessed tooth and was basically ignored and given an appointment 3 weeks out. Do not recommend.
