Aspen Dental

Everyone was very patient and kind a I asked my many questions. I really liked my dentist, my hygenist; and my dentist's assistant. They were great! A lot of prep was done today to get ready for the work coming next week. It made me feel cared for and boosted my confidence in the staff, too. The atmosphere was peaceful. I do have one question though:. Why don't you take more Medicare Advantage plans?..most all include dental plans now.

They are all so nice when I go there always do a good job

It was an okay experience. They are rushed, I went for fillings. They are super expensive, more than other places, and also very rude over the phone. The receptionist is rushed, rude, and they are difficult to schedule appointments. The first appointment you make is easy and usually free but they are pulling you in with the “free” first appointment. I was not impressed. I would recommend going and getting a free X-ray and asking for those and going to a different place.

I was in on my first visit they took x-rays and said they were free. Then I received a bill for $129. Consumer beware!

My first initial visit and experience with Aspen was sub par. My dentures did not fit and they were not concerned or cared to make them right. I've now had my dentures two years and they have broke twice.
This last time when I had them fixed I met the new dentist. She was a GREAT improvement. She truly cared that my dentures did not fit, and did everything she could to make them right. My dentures now fit better than they ever have and I can actually say I am pretty satisfied with them.

I had not been there before, broke a tooth and got an infection on vacation, was able to get antibiotics through MD Live and then when I got home I called and they got me in the first day they were open. The service was great. The tooth had to be pulled and the Dentist made sure I was not feeling any pain, which is a definite plus for me. ALL staff, clerical and medical, were informed and professional. I was made aware of cost up front before the procedure so there were no surprises and they worked to make sure what my insurance paid before quoting me a price.

Best service I've ever had. They helped me when no one else would.

I went to the Cape Girardeau Missouri location I got an appointment way sooner than expected and I got my dentures about a month after my initial appointment I haven't loved my smile the way that I do now since I was 4 years old after losing my 2 front teeth and they grew back big I now am constantly in the mirror looking at my smile I just have to say THANK YOU DR. Kaur and Kari her assistant was even great Thanks ladies I will forever Love you. You have completed my beautiful look for me. I am beautiful from head to toe thanks to you. May GOD bless you

My wife and I both go to Aspen Dental in cape Girardeau Missouri.We Started going there over a year ago. After our first time there a plan was made and we all discussed this plan. From there everything has gone well. Everyone just has been great. I had to have one tooth pulled and a few fillings. I do not like the shots and even years ago I had fillings done most of the time with minimal shots for numbing. I never felt these shots. As I said These people change you from the thoughts "I hate to go to the dentist" today to "I can smile again and it has been a good experience. I am glad to go because it's a joy to know everything is going to be all right " no more dreading to go to the dentist". Good job Aspen Dental Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
