I called my local dentist in town to get a tooth extracted, they couldn't get me in for a week. I was in so much pain I decided to call Aspen. They got me in same day and within one hour had my tooth out and pain gone... They took my insurance and the bill was smaller than I expected. Everyone was friendly and the Doctor was prompt and good at what she does. I recommend them.

A friend went to Aspen Dental and i wouldn't recommend them. They were very shady about pricing and talked to my friend for an hour before they said that they weren't eligible for financing because they didn't make enough money (even though low-income people are the ones that need financing the most). My friend begged and asked if there was anything they could do, and the finance person said "I don't need to hear your life story" and made my friend cry :). Very unprofessional and disrespectful.

Very kind staff and dentist. I came from another dentist in Cape that made me feel as if I was a burden, which I had gone to for years. I researched different dentists around Cape, Aspen had great ratings, so I decided to give it a shot. They were very busy and booked out for months but the lady took me back to talk to me and was able to get me in two days later! I would definitely recommend this place!

I have had a phobia of dentist's since I was traumatized as a child. I was very apprehensive about my visit and I did have a panic attack while in the office. The staff were great. They were kind and explained everything that was happening and why. They offered me encouragement and time to get myself under control. The nurse, the hygienist and the dentist were amazing. I felt nothing during the procedure. I will continue going to Aspen Dental because they made it easy and showed kindness and consideration to me when I was in need of that. I encourage anyone who has a dental phobia to make that appointment, you will be so glad you did.
