I came in with gingivitis and TMJ pain. Joni Green did a wonderful job of accommodating my jaw restrictions while still doing a wonderful job. It was well worth the cost of the procedures to get it treated and she outlined what I needed to do to make sure I prevented it. I have kept up on my daily flossing and so far have recovered very well. She is a joy to talk to and each appointment feels more like a relaxed chat than a tense procedure.

Excellent staff, fair pricing! Everyone that worked with me was very friendly and easy to talk too. Joni did a great job with my cleaning.

I have never written a negative review before, but would hate to see someone in the same position I have been put in by Lindenwood dentistry. I have now received four bills from my July visit after being reassured time and time again that the bill was a mistake and is covered by insurance. The bill has now gone to a debt collector potentially harming my credit score. Upon receiving the first two bills, I called and was told someone would call me back and both times I was the one who had to continue to call to get answers. The third bill, I went there in person to again be assured that it was a mistake and taken care of and now I have received my fourth bill with no explanation.

I got fillings done here. One was a terrible job, I easily get food stuck between my tooth till this day and I’ve gone back for an “adjustment”. She just filed down my tooth and I told her that’s not the issue. There is a huge gap in between my molars and the gum line(it was never there before). And she Never properly fixed my issue. Then they told me I had periodontal disease. They scared and rushed me into an appointment with their in-house dental hygienists to start a treatment plan and told me all the out of pocket cost. I got a second opinion else where and they told me I’m fine. I feel like I was almost scammed and they don’t put out quality work. Don’t be fooled by the nice and new office.

This place is awesome!! Sam was great they are very informative without talking down to you they are very thorough aswell Hannah was awesome from scheduling to coming in and closing and billing I highly recommend this dentistry

At first I really liked everyone but then I had a few issues. I got a cap on my tooth to which the dentist did enclose the area. Leaving such a big gap created a lot of pain, and caused food to get stuck in there. I was scared I was going to end up with a root canal after that. The dentist did say she left it open like that so make it easier to get the cap off but I don't believe that since I have spoken to another and they said they do not so that. Then they offered me a fluoride treatment for an additional $21.the dentist was in such a hurry they didn't do it. I got out to my car I I called back they said yes we are aware we will do it next time. Next time it again was not done, the dentist ran out of the room as soon as she was done & I was walked upfront. I asked for the refund & was told they don't do anything until after m insurance has paid.. I paid in cash, they didn't even give me a detailed receipt. So yeah I'm looking for another dentists & customer service is not good. I mean if my $21. Is worth that much for a service they forget to give me then fine keep it. But it's wrong to do service that way and dishonest.

I had high hopes but from the beginning, they keep changing my appointments around. Now they are treating me for “periodontal disease” which I have never had and my insurance won’t cover. I estimate they gave me was way less than what I was charged. I still get messages from Dr. Mwonga who I have never seen and I don’t believe is there any longer.Have only actually seen a dentist once. Joni does a good job of cleaning and that is the only upside. The office can never get the billing correct and don’t fall for the referral of someone to get a discount. They don’t honor it.

Lindenwood denistry provides an excellent experience from the front office staff to Ashley & Anna! Dr. King was wonderful! I felt at ease & my dental plan was made clear with options. I will be referring friends & family. My search for a great dentist is over. I'm confident my smile will be restored without embarrassment.
