Lindenwood Dentistry

Went looking for a new dentist and found what I hope to be my last dentist :) VERY thorough and not money grabbing like my last dentist. Personable staff and was able to fit me in same day when I cracked a 1 year old filling. Tomorrow will be a visit to their oral surgeon for wisdom teeth extraction. If all goes well, will definitely be recommending to family and friends.

In the few years I have been a patient at Lindenwood Dentistry, both of the dentist's I've seen have left the practice. I was scheduled for a cleaning and check up just recently. I was called the week prior to let me know my dentist just up and left the practice. They would be interviewing new prospects to replace her. I called yesterday to find out they have a part time substitute for the time being. The new hire wouldn't be able to start for 90 days. I've moved on.

I cant thank the staff and Dr. King enough.. 10 stars if it was an option. My daughter had a terrible experience at a clinic when she was 2. Since then we couldn't find a dentist patient enough with her anxiety and were sent away. Fast forward to June 2018 she was 6 and in need of immediate dental attention. I called to explain and they made an appt that very same day. The front desk ladies were refreshing and kind. My daughter calmed down after playing with the fake smiles and dentist masks, she even got to play sonic the hedghog in the lobby. It was time for an x-ray and we both got nervous the excellent tech caught on and made her comfortable and was super patient with her. Within minites Dr. King came in after she was seated in the exam chair and put her at ease. He explained everything that needed to be done and referred her to a periodontal office so that she could have the best care considering her past experience and the work that needed to be done. The entire experience was fantastic, professional and such a releif. I had a very tight budget being a single mom and cried tears of releif and joy when they worked with me and covered the visit. Knowing that all the work to come was going to be costly and explained payment arrangments could be made. I will never forget their kindness and will refer anyone who asks for a good dentist to this office. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

After having a fear of going to the dentist, i finally went to a new office today ( Lindenwood Dentistry ). The best experience I’ve had. No pain, had a guard to keep my mouth open, kind, professional, clean, told me the most I’d have to pay out of the options that were provided, no hidden cost, upfront about EVERYTHING. If you ever need dental work. I HIGHLY recommend them. I ended up paying less than expected.

I would not recommend. I was charged an extra $60 because my teeth needed more then a basic cleaning. My previous dentist appointment was over a year and yes I did have some tarter build up but nothing extreme. They claimed they would have to use different tools and such, however they used the same tools to clean my teeth as every other dental hygienist has. The whole cleaning and polishing time took maybe 15 minutes The whole point of me getting a cleaning is to get excess build up removed, not just pay for a teeth polishing and a doctor to tell me my teeth are healthy.

On the positive side the doctor and dental hygienist seemed very knowledgeable and were good at what they did.

However if their going to make very subjective claims that my tarter is in excess of a basic cleaning I can in no way recommend them. Seems like a money grab because they don't think their rates negotiated with insurance are enough.

They did let me know of the extra charge before they cleaned my teeth however at that point I didn't think it was worth a debate over $60. Would they waive it? Would they not clean my teeth? If so I'm probably still liable for my x-rays...etc.

I won't be going back.

had my first visit with the new Hygienist Joni. She was wonderful. Did a great job and I scheduled to go back to see her again. Visiting the dentist office is never one of my favorite things to do but Joni made me feel like I was visiting with a friend!

I was referred to Lindenwood Dentistry for oral surgery by Ladue Dental. Dr. Oluwole Fadahunsi and Kelly we patient and professional. I had eight extractions and I have extremely high anxiety from past dentistry trauma. Kelly was so kind and reassuring. Kelly gave me A1 patient care/attention while I went through an emotional breakdown while she was attempting to find a vein for an IV. She looked me square in the eyes and told me it was a team effort and she would hold my hand through the entire process. She did just that when I woke up she was the first face I saw & still holding my hand. Dr. Fadahunsi had the kindest eyes and the best bedside manner I’ve ever experienced. When he came in he introduced himself and asked me why I was crying? He asked me to tell him about my previous experience that would cause me to be so upset. After I explained he assured me that I would not have a repeat experience and that it wasn’t his job to hurt me. He said when I wake up it would be over and I would have minimal pain. He explained every step of the procedure and delivered a Stellar Experience! The experience was priceless! If I had this type of attention years ago my teeth would not be in the shape their in right now. I absolutely recommend Lindenwood Dentistry they actually care about their patients.

I received a crown and had to return multiple times for them to fix it. My crown is still not fixed and my current dentist was doing work and it popped right out. Keep in mind I received crown 2 months ago. Lindenwood dentistry also told me I needed a root canal. I received 2 second opinions which told me otherwise. I feel ripped off because I paid for a faulty crown!! I only gave two stars because the staff was friendly

A+++ Dental Staff. My Hygienist Ashley had the most gentle hands of any hygienist ever. I called as a new patient to schedule an appointment and was seen the next day. I highly recommend Lindenwood Dentistry to anyone looking for a change or new to the area.

Joanie is amazing! She is such a pleasant person and is so comforting. My smile has improved so much due to her thorough cleanings.
