Friendly helpful staff. Joni did my cleaning and scaling today. She was very informative and friendly, I feel like I have known her for a long while. Everyone made me feel welcomed and comfortable.

The office said it takes 24 hours before your appointment to 'verify' insurance benefits, you have to pay out of pocket until they can be verified. Cancelled my appointment since it was 'too late'. I have never heard of anything like this. Seems strange, I'll just book somewhere else.

Friendly and helpful office staff. They do their best to get you in during extended hours. They understand and empathize with your situation. Working with you, within your budget to bring you healing and relief. Prior dentist visits have left me with poor dental hygiene and a phobia of dentists. Doctor King and staff have just been super, getting me through two tooth extractions.

I had not been to a dentist in over 10 years. Came to Lindenwood Dentistry on a whim and I am so glad I did. From the front of the office to the back, I know I’m in good hands. They actually seem to care. And shout out to Joni the dental hygienist! I couldn’t imagine anyone else taking care of my mouth. 10/10.

Absolutely the best dental experience I’ve ever had. Amazing front end staff and the dentist was so very thorough and broke down everything she saw. I was greeted with so many smiles and everyone paid complete attention from beginning to end with my concerns. I recommend it to everyone!!!!

Never have I ever gone to the dentist and not left in pain until today. My first exam and cleaning here with Dr. Storr and Ashleigh was awesome. I have very sensitive teeth and they were intentionally careful and did what they could to limit the pain. I will absolutely go back and I highly recommend!

Avoid this place. Wish there was negative 5 starts for this place. The staff is unprofessional. We had an appointment at 1pm for my daughter and they left a voicemail 3pm the day before and moved it to noon. No follow up in the morning until we found it out. I had my time off set it up for the original appointment. Had to run from the office and was there 8 minutes late. The staff was rude on the phone saying that you are more than welcome to check with other dentists. End it up turning us away. Totally waste of my time.
