Lindenwood Dentistry

I was a patient when Dr. King was at this location and it was excellent. However, the service has gone downhill since he left. I hit some rush hour traffic and was 10 minutes late to my last appointment and they cancelled it without so much as calling.

Same happened to my spouse. The new office staff is horrible and was extremely rude to her. I am looking for another dentist and recommend you do the same.

First visit, just walking through the front door greeted by the staff very warm and welcoming felt very comfortable being there. Had my exam by the dentist and explanation of what i needed going further it great detail. Then the billing specialist came in and explained the cost and all my options available to me I honestly had no questions. My experience was great would definitely recommend them to family and friends (which I already have)

Heard nothing but great things. Office is super efficient! Dr. Mainhurst is extremely professional and cares about you. Joni takes her time with cleaning and does a great job. And office all around has fun with you.

I went to my 8 am appointment for a cleaning and I had my gums poked by a hygienist for 20 minutes and then I was told I have early stage periodontal disease and two small cavities. I have never had a cavity and I am almost 40. I have dental insurance. I was told they could not clean my teeth, and I was presented with a payment plan for a deep cleaning procedure that would cost me almost $700 over two sessions and I was told they would have to run my credit for approval. I had them send my x-rays to another dentist in St. Charles who promptly told me this scam is becoming more prevalent, and I only need a routine cleaning. Do not patronize this establishment.

Had a really nice experience yesterday I have been looking for a good place to go for a while that takes my insurance and soo glad I found them. They were very knowledgeable, everything was clean and the staff was very sweet. I had to bring my 9 month old and didn't want to cancel at the last minute they were understanding and the receptionist came to help when my baby started crying for me she ended up keeping her the whole time lol. I will definitely be going back!

Since the first time I've been there, they treat me very well!!! Everybody was so kind and nice! I'm a new international student, so sometimes I couldn't understand some things, but they have patience and kindness to help me. The place is also very organized, well structured and very modern, besides with an excellent workers!

Had almost my whole mouth needing fillings. Went to several appointments here last year to get all the work done. A filling that was done last year at one of these appointments fell out. I went in today, got x-rays and a new filling, no cost. I didn't have insurance this time and they could have easily got me to pay anything for the appointment. I'm really happy!

Amazing treatment with exceptional customer care. Would recommend to all looking for clean ups, dental problems, and great service.

I recently had a visit to Dr.King and I must say this office was fabulous! I was someone who was terrified to go to the dentist. After my experience today I will no longer be afraid. The staff was great and the experience was pleasant.
