This place is a scam. They try upcharge, saying certain things are not cover under insurance. This is a joke of a dentistry office. If you use them talk to your insurance first. Ask for pricing before they try say what it cost. They will do a bait an switch an when caught tell you they will honor what should got in first place. Again scam. Also I would get second opinion. The told my wife she needed a implant an cost 9k. Different dentist did root canal qn told her a implant would be waste on a tooth that could be save.

The staff was so friendly and knowledgeable. They kept me informed throughout the entire visit. No hidden fees, and I didn’t feel like I was being pushed to buy any add on services. Scheduling was a breeze too! Very accommodating to my hectic work schedule!

BEWARE of the offer for same-day crown service!!
I was charged an extra $422 out of pocket for this "upgrade". That amount is over and above what I owed as my patient responsibility through my insurance, which was already nearly $500.
My insurance says they are a contracted provider and they can't charge extra for the same-day service . . . unless of course I signed a contract with Lindenwood Dentistry to pay for the upgrade.
I did sign the contract (which they didn't show me until after I was in the chair!) so now I'm stuck, but I'll be finding another dentist, and you should too!

I had a very good experience at Lindenwood Dental. I felt the staff was very perfessional and knowledgeable. Dr. Jillian N.Storr was amazing and her office is high tec along with her skills. Office manager Kelli was very perfessional and so was the staff.
I would highly recommend Lindenwood Dental if your looking to find a more advanced skilled dentist which offers the most hi tech up to date equipment and surroundings.

Overcharges everything. Takes forever to get your money back. Quotes mean nothing. They do not code items correctly to get more money from their patients. Oral surgeon doesn't follow up or fix his mistakes.

Worst dental office ever. Cancel appointments and not make you aware. Support staff they have for appointments are incompetent. Always about making a buck and not caring for the actual patient. Absolute worst!
