Dr. Nelson and his team are absolutely friendly and great. Did not have to wait long at all for them to work with me. Dr. Nelson has very gentle hands I didnt feel much of the needle in my mouth. Would recommend this place to anyone.

Perfect. I was unhappy with the crown from my last dentist, so switched dentists. Dr. Nelson's professionalism made a root canal/crown experience as good as it could be from beginning to end, with unusual financial transparency and flexibility and responsibility, no pain and an end result that's great. I recommend him to everyone.

I don't usually like going to the dentist...who does? But I enjoy coming here! They are so friendly and professional and manage to push away my fear of visiting the dentist. Highly recommend them!

Great first visit, was upfront about prices and had great service. No reason for four stars rather than 5, other than I would like to go back and see if the service is good continually. Waiting to update...

Edit 3 months later: Updated to 5 stars, care is consistant and always friendly, and even showed us some ways to take care of our teeth and gums my previous 5 other dentists had not.

A fun group of people working there, very thorough customer service, everything can be digital down to your new patient paperwork. If you were the type of person to dread going to the dentist, i'd think this office would make it easy for you to enjoy!

Two weeks ago, I was waiting to board a plane in Portland, en route to Missoula, when a temporary crown came out. Dr. Nelson agreed to come in late on a Friday, his day off, when the plane landed, and he was kind enough to provide me a new temporary crown at a very good price. I was more than pleased with what he did. But the story doesn't end there. There was a delay in shipping my permanent crown to my Gresham, OR dentist so I didn't get to go in for what should have been a permanent crown until yesterday. My dentist here - who is a long-experienced practitioner, Dr. Maiden at Sleep Dentistry - was very impressed with the work Dr. Nelson did, and said to tell you "Good job!!" Midway through the appointment, however, the new crown cracked, and we had to start all over again - new impression, ordering a new crown. I was literally in tears. Dr. Maiden took the temporary crown that Dr. Nelson made, put it back in my mouth with something close to super glue this time, and now we wait another one-to-two weeks. So, Dr. Nelson, your temporary crown will have been in use for three-to-four weeks by the time it is replaced, and this would not have been possible had you not taken such care with it in the first place. Thank you so much, from both my dentist and me!

I was nervous about finding a new dentist but was happy that I found Dr. Nelson. The whole staff is outstanding and friendly. They walk you through everything and were kind and helpful.

I had a great experience. The staff was friendly, very clean buisness, and Dr. Nelson was very nice and made me feel comfertable. He even took extra time to make sure a chipped tooth I had, that really bothered me got fixed and looked as perfect as could be. I will deffenitly tell family and friend to visit him!

I’ve gone here multiple times to get my teeth cleaned and worked on. Not only is the staff extremely kind. They are very thorough and walk you through your dental plan to get you back on track. I’ve had nothing but a great time here. They will be my go to dentistry for the foreseeable future. A+
