The amount of professionalism and friendliness shown by Dr. Nelson and his team far exceeds any dental office I've been to in the past. I recently had my first visit for a new patient exam to this office. Everyone was quite personable, very friendly, thorough and caring about my comfort level. I think I got the best teeth cleaning of my entire adult life...much attention to detail and giving me the best outcome possible. I especially enjoyed the large picture window which the exam chair faces, with a beautiful view of nature. As pleasant an experience as one can have at a dental office!

My hygienist, Brianna, was very gentle and thorough in cleaning my teeth. I know that I am not the easiest patient to deal with since I inherited an awful gag reflex. Dr. Nelson came up with solutions and he did it with a smile. Other Dental offices I have tried were constantly up-selling me with unnecessary procedures. I am confident that I am now getting great care and a much better value. They have an excellent staff.

Honestly i didnt know what to think at first because i had called several dentistry's trying to get an appointment fast and they were the only ones who got me in very fast. But after my first visit i felt comfortable and very satisfied with nelson dentistry. They got me the care i needed and worked with me to do so quickly working with my schedule. Fantastic dentist and staff, I've seen only a few dentists and have had one main dentist before I switch to Nelson dentistry. By far the nicest and happiest staff/dentist and best work I've seen. I will absolutely continue to see this dentist and bring my family to them. They did fantastic with my one year old and are very understanding. The patient is number one priority as they should be.

The girls at the front of the office were helpful in sending me reminder text messages, asking whether I wanted to move my appointment to a sooner date, noting my appointment requests, and most importantly confirming my insurance parameters.
The girls at the back of the office were great with their explanations, advice, gentle manner, and demeanor.
Doc Nelson was clear in his explanations about my teeth.
