Went to this dental office for just a general check up and cleaning. Its a small location. They have a pretty cool theme its all about movies. The receptionist was very nice and answered all my questions without complaint. The xray tech was very nice and fast. The hygienist was nice and the cleaning didn’t hurt. She made sure to explain everything she did as well. Overall good dental office just a little small I think they had maybe about 4-5 rooms, but thankfully rooms didn’t feel cramped.

It's just not possible to say in a review how great the staff is at this dentist office! The office manager is wonderful, she knows the answers to the questions you haven't even thought to ask yet! She's on top of it all! The dentist himself is very, very good at making you feel completely comfortable and everything is explained, all questions answered and they never make you feel rushed. Also, their prices are extremely competitive, this is where I got the best deal for what I needed done and the wonderful staff was just an amazing bonus!

I had my teeth cleaned and I had two old fillings taken care of and two cavities, and I left in a painless and delighted mood. Dr. Garfield staff was professional clean the staff including him were empathetic knowledgeable informative educating me and overall just Bitchin if you’re from the 60s that word means dope.

When they told me they could not for my truth the dentist got attitude push this chair out of the way his voice changed that's how he was when he was on Flamingo I would never ever step back foot in that office again

Do not go here! Do not trust this office or dentist or anyone associated with them.. My sister started with them in Sept. Teeth extraction and they were supposed to make a top and bottom parcel and they promised this in just a few days after extractions. She should have had dentures but they talked her into parcels. She waited acouple of days and went back for her teeth but they weren't in. She waited another week then called several times about her teeth,, no one knows anything.. then finally they said the lab lost the impressions and they would have to remake them after her stitches feel out. Well Its been 3 weeks since the second impressions were made and again no teeth. Again no one knows where they are! My sister is 85 years old and these people are taking advantage of a sick senior citizen! This office is a joke! A scam? And are crooks! They have been paid cash by her, and Humana has paid them already for their part. Sept 26th til now and she has no teeth to eat! Now they say they will give her a refund that will take 4 weeks!! Still no teeth and waiting 4 more weeks to start this all over with a new dentist! If she sees a refund then! When she said she wanted to talk to the dentist today she was told ..he's been transferred! This will not be the end.

Wonderful experience! I have to say the kindness and positivity really stood out to me! Let’s face it! Going to the dentist can be scary and condemning! The entire staff were kind, encouraging and not judgmental. The hygienist was very thorough and offered suggestions. The dentist was warm hearted with great bedside manners. Front desk, Amy is great at getting your appointments set up with friendly reminders as well! She works with your insurance company/benefits so you don’t have to! Highly recommend!!

It took me over 2 years to reconnect with Dr Betencourt. I would not see another dentist and I finally found Dr B again he is the best of the best. If you have not been to the dentist or don’t have a home dentist look up Dr B. Him and his staff is absolutely amazing hands down. They make you feel welcomed and they’re very personable and approachable. My husband and I love love Reel Smiles. Thank you so much Reels Smiles for being my family dentist.

I actually hate going to the dentist and it gives me anxiety, however I was very comfortable here, Everything is explained before any work is done. Options are explained as well as financial options. Time is taken with you take you feel at ease.

After years of anxiety, I finally decided to go to the dentist. This place was friendly, answered all my questions. My procedure was tough but the hygienist made me feel really comfortable and explained everything before, during, and after. She had gentle hands! Lol
Doc was awesome as well. He was friendly, funny, took my nervousness away. He also explained everything before, during, and after. This place makes adulting a bit easier. ☺️
