My experiences here have been great. The front office staff have gone over and beyond to be helpful and kind. Leticia has been very helpful assisting me with my benefits and procedures. The dentist is also very gentle and caring.

Original post: Every aspect of my visit was great! I came in for the first time in 6+ years to have my teeth cleaned and examined. Not surprisingly I had several cavities. Since the one Saturday a month they are open is the only time I am able to make an appointment, I asked that they get as much done as possible that day. Thankfully they were able to fit me in between other appointments and ended up staying past close to get everything done. I definitely would recommend this place!

We had nothing but a positive experience here!!! We were looking for an affordable and conveniently located dentist . From the minute we walked in the door we were treated as a priority. Kayla the office manager is amazing. My husband and I were both given an estimate of our suggested treatments. They got us in that day and there was no pressure to do more then we could budget for at that time. Dr Lee took special care to talk with us an address any concerns. She is really caring and genuine. She even called us that evening to make sure we were doing good. I would recommend them to anyone in search of a dentist . A+ Reel Smiles

I am so happy to have found this dentist because he understands me . My teeth are sensitive and others did not listen but he did. I love it because they are bilingual and kind and I felt important and safe. His assistant was asome she was helpful and on top of things, Al the time she was a step ahead. I live on the other side of town but I will go out of my way so I can get the same treatment. 🤗😁 Great job for all the people that work in reel smiles.

Dr. Betancourt and his staff are AMAZING!!!! Everything about my experience was great. They were all so friendly and personable. They explained everything to me ahead of time and put me at ease. Hands down, best dental office I’ve been to in years.

I walked in late just to make an appointment because I was in the neighborhood. A very pleasant front desk receptionist, Cathryn, made me feel very comfortable right away. I was then taken in to get an x-ray within 5 minutes by a very funny and warm young lady named Catalina. She was hilarious and had me relaxed from laughing so much. Then I met the doctor, Mr. Ingall, who was very thorough with the explanation about my shattered tooth. I was left with no questions about future plans about my much needed dental issues. The doctor even agreed to work on my tooth, even at the late hour, with no qualms. He was so gentle and I didn't even feel the shots he gave me, which were many. Such a gentleman! What a team! I will definitely come back, I actually enjoyed my visit to the dentist for the first time in my life.

I love this dentist. Kayla is amazing at her job, she always takes care of me, and remembers me and the details of the treatment plan we discussed over a year ago. She makes everything so much warmer. Dr. Lee is also amazing, not only is she gentle she makes sure you understand treatments. Everyone here is so friendly it's hard to remember you're not at a social gathering but paying for treatments.

I was referred to this office by another affiliated office because of anxiety and need of gas for dental work. It is far for me to travel to, but worth it. Dr. Ponce and all of her staff are so nice and make you feel so comfortable. She was even able to fill a tooth the other dentist said needed a root canal. I am extremely happy. They are affordable and won't recommend unnecessary dental work. I cannot say enough nice things about Reel Smiles. If you are looking for a good dentist, look no more. Make an appointment. They are the most caring dental office I have ever been to.

The staff is awesome!!! Very welcoming and friendly! They make you feel so welcomed and they're always happy! Every doctor is awesome as well! Never a pressured upsell on incidental services. It's offered but not forced down your throat. I appreciate that so much! I've left other dental practices because of high pressures sales. I love Reel Smiles!
