Office staff was very polite. Everyone working in this office was very polite and see es to be genualy concerned with my concerns. Had a few extractions and was very nervous the staff did everything they could to distract me so I wouldn't be and it made me feel very comfortable I would definitely recommend this office to anyone that is scared of the dentist. Very upbeat and makes you feel at ease.

This Is actually one of the BEST, Friendliest location in Las Vegas! Everyone is so nice and the assistants do an amazing job! No one is rude or bitter and I lOve it! Had my first visit, with some cavities involved unfortunately, and had a very nice experience. Who knew going to the dentist could be fun haha! Dr Lee, Jayla, Flor, Ana and the whole staff are amazing at their jobs and super friendly. I highly recommend this place to any one who lives in the northwest area. Also the whole office is themed with a Hollywood movie style!

I am a new patient, called with an emergency. Was told to come in, I had to get a tooth pulled. All staff was extremely helpful. I haven’t had a tooth pulled before but was very quick. They did a wonderful job. Will definitely stay with Reel Smiles Dental.

I hate going to the dentist but ever since I started going to Reel Smiles I don't mind it so much. Dr Lee is great, her staff is very friendly and courteous. Kayla at the front desk has amazing costumer service skills. I have no complains about this place. highly recommended

I just got done with my cleaning with the wonderful Clarissa, she made my X-rays very comfortable & answered every question i had with a detail response. Doctor Betancourt was very informal with the process of the Wisdom Teeth removal & reassured me since i was afraid. He also has very funny jokes! #Gordo Thanks again!

I am not a patient here, was accompanying a friend since she had all of her teeth pulled so she could get dentures, 2 days before, (without any anesthesia) and they look awful on top of it, next to massive bruising on her face the teeth are a dingy grey looking color, and they dont even fit properly in her mouth. And as a person who has to wear them as well, i do understand that it can take months and months before dentures will fit right... And when your extra swollen it should help keeping the teeth tight in your mouth... they should NOT be falling out of your mouth when your face looks like a chipmunk. This place is waayy too small for a dentist office while your in the most uncomfortable chairs, with no reading material if your in just the right seat, you will find yourself having to move your feet out of the way everytime somebody comes out or goes to the back just to make sure you dont get hit by the door when it opens. The lobby is packed because they dont allow any one else to come back, so they are the ones occupying the chairs in the lobby, not actual clients. They make you wait for what feels like eternity, only to send you bavk to the lobby before calling you back in. Ive been in this lobby for over an hour and a half with a lady who did have an appointment for her son, and they are STILL waiting to be called. Nobody keeps the patients rides updated as to what they are doing. The only thing not to complain about here was the tall dark girl with purple nails, i cant remember her name, but she was super nice and friendly and did seem to care about her customers...
**UPDATE- THE woman who had the appointment for her son ended up walking out of here about 20 minutes ago....andbits 434 pm...

Great people that do an awesome job. The dentist is never my favorite place to visit...but I felt very comfortable there, kind of had a good time too. 5+ stars and will definitely be going back there.
