I have not been to a dental office for a long time that cares about me first. The office staff are very friendly. I needed two crowns. In the process they found I needed a root canal. Dr. Lee took care of this right away so I wouldn't have to come back. Clarissa is the best! She explains what she will be doing and does her best to keep you comfortable.

Great experience.. I haven’t been to the dentist in awhile so I was a bit nervous heading in to my appointment, but everyone was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. My teeth feel so clean now and I will be back for my routine cleanings!

I’m not sure who the new dentist is, but my son went in for a pain in his tooth and the office staff came out and told me that he needs antibiotic and set up for another appointment for a small procedure. The dentist never spoke to me, she never told my WHY he needs antibiotic and a procedure. The office staff told me she would come tell me the details and after waiting 15 -20 mins she still never came out to speak to me. When I went to go check on my son she was on her phone on the back room. We just saw her 2 weeks ago (same new dentist) and she saw the same x-rays that she saw today, but for some reason she just now sees that there is a problem? No thank you. Horrible customer service.

I’m pretty sure they billed my insurance and then billed me also. I received a statement from my insurance and it shows it was covered but they still billed me and had me pay at the time of my appointment. I am looking into this.
They have so many different people coming in the room offering you teeth whitening and this and that. It’s actually really annoying.
Also, they wouldn’t do a normal cleaning. They would only do a deep clean and my insurance would not cover whatever they were going to do so I didn’t schedule it. I won’t be going back.
