My 8 yr old daughter had dental work done at 7785 N Durango Dr #140, Las Vegas, NV 89131 location in February 2020 by Dr. Andrew Ingel . When I called to see who did her dentistry work, I was told Dr. Betancourt did it HOWEVER I looked on their facebook page and seen the dentist who I recognize which is Dr. Andrew Ingel so this tells me that my daughters medical records ARE INCORRECT or Reel Smile LIED TO ME.
1 month after her fillings my daughter was in pain again. I took her to the only emergency dentist I could find due to COVID19.
I was told by the new dentist that my daughter needed those fillings redone because they were not done properly and the wrong tooth was done by Dr. Andrew Ingel.
After looking at Reel Smiles website, I found out that the dentist who completed my daughters teeth is not listed on their website.
I will be going to the dental board as well. The pediatric dentist who completed my daughter teeth informed me that she has NEVER suggested going to the dental board in her 25 years of practicing but she said no child should have experienced what my daughter experienced with Dr. Andrew Ingel.

Needed a new dentist after moving to the area. Dr. Betancourt and the staff were amazing! Everyone was personable and efficient. I ended up taking a little longer just because I had great conversations with the staff and doctor throughout the appointment. Excellent appointment reminders and easy paperwork process for new patients. Also really appreciate how the office took to maintaining safety protocols. Happy to have found them!

Reels smiles is such a great place. The office staff is so friendly and helpful. The dentist is also so nice. While I was in the office the front desk took several calls, Amy us so nice on the phone with people helping them with several situations. I would refer anyone here.

My dental check-up went very well today. The office Administrator, Blanca was very helpful getting all my Insurance information and payment paperwork available so I was able to make the best choices for the dental work I needed done. The Dental Assistant was very pleasant and accommodating. Monica was very professional in preparing me for the Dentist. Dr. Betancourt, is a wonderfully caring Dentist. He makes you feel comfortable, while doing a thorough exam to determine what dental treatment is needed.

First off I gotta say everything was ...AMAZING! The girls at the front desk and my doctor were very friendly, genuine, honest and professional. I really appreciate the laid back, family type of vibe they there while still being clean and professional. I’m so glad they DO NOT shove products or procedures in your face if you don’t need them. They will kindly make recommendations but only if it’s something you may NEED. This alone makes me trust this business even more because I see they actually care about you and your treatment and aren’t looking at you as a $$$ sign. I haven’t been to the dentist in YEARS so I was a little nervous and scared but the whole staff made me feel comfortable, attended to, and shared really nice conversation as well.
