I have mixed feelings about this place. The atmosphere is nice and they have projection screens so you can watch Netflix while they work on you. I have had some problems with thr actual dentisty though, one doctor in particular that didn't set my fillings correctly and I've had to come in several times to try and have it corrected. The people are primarily very friendly though.

OMG! I fear the dentist with every fiber of my being! I had to get a root canal. Dr. B is amazing!!!!! I did not feel a thing and he was patient and understanding of my fear. I will definitely be back for all of my dental needs!!! Thank you Dr. B!

Came to this location twice and both times they jerk me around. On my first visit I filled out their questionnaire about what I’d be interested in doing with my teeth in the future and they started pushing all these add-ons before I could get my teeth cleaned. At my second visit, I was scheduled for 9 am and didn’t even get called back until 9:15. I went in for a cleaning and again they said “well the doctor wants to do this instead”. I don’t care, I’m here for a cleaning. They refused to do my cleaning if I didn’t agree to additional services then kept saying they’d make me another appointment to get me back another time. I ended up walking out at 10 am without even getting my cleaning done. This place is a scam and a joke.

THEY ARE U DER NEW MANAGEMENT. I leave the office happier now. Dr. Betancourt has taken over the office and has amazing touch. His staff has really taken care of me. I feel like I have gotten a complete upgrade.

I recently had a great visit at Reel Smiles! Dr. Ingle and Clarissa were both very professional as well as pleasant. I was concerned about going because I didnt feel completely satisified with the diagnosage of my previous visit at Reel Smiles but with a different Doctor. Dr.Ingle not only provided an alternative solution but also saved me money by doing so. He became my favorite Dentist right away because he took the time to hear my concern and he actually did something about it while giving me a lot of information and even some laughs. Clarissa was very friendly professional and thorough. I recommend giving Dr. Ingle and his staff a try!

These reviews must be from people they know. I took my son here and I told them that he's Autistic and to make sure that they explain everything to him cause he doesn't ask questions and does not understand and I also asked if i can please be there with him. So they are so unorganized and no communication at all what so ever they kept moving us back and forth and to top it off this office is way to small for all those people the fire marshals should look at this place. SO I WILL NEVER BRING MY SON BACK... GOOD LUCK
