I always enjoy my visits here. The staff is always very welcoming and friendly. I have never had a bad experience at this dentist office. I went in for my regular cleaning today and the staff (Dr. Charles Lee, Isabel, Clarissa, Ashley, and Nadia) all clearly get along really well and try their best to make sure their patients feel comfortable. Even those who dread the dentist would love this office!

I'll admit I was grumpy coming in. The Mrs, aka La Boss made me go since I hadn't been to a dentist for a few years. At the front desk I was greeted with smiles, despite my "resting B face". I gotta say though, everyone went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, even accommodating me on the chair with a pillow because of a recent surgery. The staff was friendly and the Doc was very personable to the point of making suggestions for places to see (I'm a new resident) and take the family. Seriously, I left there feeling like I'd been given a proper 'welcome to the neighborhood' which is more than I got from my HOA. I have no problem recommending Reel Smiles!

First let me say that I just relocated here from Houston, TX....the pain and hassle of having to find new dentist, doctors etc...can be annoying!! But Dr. Betancourt and his staff were amazing!! From the check in process to the xray, the cleaning, and the consultation everything was awesome! They truly have wonderful customer service and make you feel comfortable!! I was truly impressed....I can now scratch off finding a dentist in Las Vegas!!! Thank you Dr. Betancourt and your entire staff!!!! ❤ ❤😁

Dr. Betancourt has one of the best bedside manners of any dentist I’ve ever been treated by. The Reel Smile’s team has been seeing me, my husband and my kids for all of our dental care of the last couple of years and we can’t say enough good things about the service and team there!!

This office is so welcoming and the staff is very helpful, kind and they make you feel special. The Dr Betancourt is very caring and explains each procedure every step of the way. Rosa is the best , she as well explains every kind. I highly recommend this dental office to anyone.

I was looking for a dental office closer to our home and came across Reel Smiles on Farm and Durango. I loved working with the friendly front office staff as I made appointments for our family. My main concern was my 12 year old that has high functioning Autism Spectrum Disorder, especially with Covid guidelines. They were accommodating and so patient with him. He loves the Marvel movies, so he loved the movie them in the office. My older kids talked about how cool Dr. Daniel B. is. So happy we found a great new dentist! Give them a try!

Reel Smiles dental is amazing!!! Best service and treatment ever! They make you feel like family! I would never go to another place for dentistry! Also great if you need any implant or crown work. They make sure that they explain everything before they do it and make sure that you understand! Also come here if you want great teeth whitening!
