I hate speaking poorly about a Buisness but I truly regret going to this dentist. But this office is a chain. Run by Boston dental group. They have 10+ offices and this office is not open 5 days a week.
I went to this office for a check up. They stated I needed 1 root canal 10 fillings. I was going to do 3-4 filling at a time. They talked me into getting all 10 done at once. I was in no discomfort when I Whent to them. I knew right afterwards there was something wrong with the fillings. Especially the ones that were done last. They said it was normal. A week later. I had to go to the emergency room for pain management. I’ve seen two other dentist. They both suggest that one tooth (wisdom tooth) be removed and now 4 root canals and a crown replacement. One quote was 6,000.00. Btw. I told them I had a bad experience with a dentist as a teen and that’s why I had been putting it off. Ask him to be gentle with the needle. He wasn’t. The fillings are sensitive to hot and cold. They should of never talked me into doing so many at once. It was just a all around bad deal and now I’m fighting out where I’m going to come up with the money to fix my teeth.

Everyone at Reel Smiles have been wonderful. I felt comfortable from the moment I stepped in. I haven't been to the dentist in awhile, but I felt assured by the staff that I would be getting the best treatment possible. I was given a proper plan towards dental care, ensuring healthier gums and teeth. I most definitely recommend Reel Smiles Dental to everyone out there.

Talk about luck in Vegas. On 3/9 I was able to walk in mid afternoon and get a same day appointment for a cleaning. The staff was attentive, courteous, and professional. And the icing on the cake, was the extremely friendly, personable, and knowledgeable Dr Betancourt. I’d definitely recommend this location as he and his likable staff will have everyone comfortable from children to seniors.

I am a new patient and i had a pleasent experience every one made sure I was ok during any task they did for me and asked me if I had any questions or concerns. They was all super nice and got started on me super fast. Def recommend
07/09/2019 I just seen the ortho here for the first time and got my braces done and everyone in their team was great and very friendly and fast. I had Mitzi most of the time and she was Amazing. She was very nice and helpful and made sure that I was well informed and the care for my braces. I love her! Will def recommend!

Best check up experience ever! I was seen by Dr. Andrew Ingel and Clarissa. They really take the time to answer all my questions, AND explain the cause and proper care of my dental concerns. I broke a tooth. They were able to get me an appointment the next day. The staff was awesome. Doctor Betancourt and his staff were caring,gracious, clean. Made me feel welcome. It was a great experience.

The Cuban doctor I forgot his name but I absolutely loved him. He made me very comfortable and all the nerves I had when I first arrived dissipated after a short time with him. The woman who did my X rays with the braids was also fantastic.

The best experience I have ever had! I cannot say enough good things about the Reel Smiles Dental office and how they made me feel. I was very nervous about going to the Dentist and had put it off for quite a long time due to past experiences. From the Front Office to the Assistant and the Dentist, it was so nice to feel so comfortable. You have to try them, you will feel that same feeling that I walked away with.

The staff here were very friendly and it was really easy to schedule an appointment. I had broke my bonded retainer and was able to get in to have it repaired the following day. The assistants and doctors are very knowledgeable and friendly and explained treatment options in a way that was easy to understand.

I would give zero stars if possible. Dentist was super rude. She Shane’s me for the work I needed done and made my horrible anxiety about going to the dentist even worse. She only cares about money and has no compassion for people. She also tried to refuse prescribing an antibiotic for a very obvious tooth infection that kept me from being able to open my mouth more than half an inch. Worst dentist experience ever. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
