This place is horrible ! The worst office staff I've ever seen. I went in as a new patient I was in extreme pain . The doctor wouldn't even see me until I got a medical release from my heart doctor which I understand after getting the release and going back I was told I needed a root canal . which I already knew from previous dentist . the doctor left the room and the lady from the office said it would be 1100 I asked if that was with my insurance She said yes. I told her I had to go make some arrangements I left and called my insurance and they said nothing was sent to them for a root canal and I shouldn't be paying more than 250 for what they were saying needed to be done ! This place is very uncaring 2 times I went and they did nothing to get me out of pain I ended up going to the ER because I couldn't get no help from them at all !

Awful stay away!!!! They fraudulently collect additional copays and refuse to refund your money! I should have only paid $30 out of pocket and they collected $370 it's been 2months and they still have not refunded my money! I now have to file complaints with the State Dental Board, BBB and Fraud charges through my bank! This is a real nightmare. They also tried to collect $3800 out of pocket for a bridge which after calling my insurance company I found out my portion would only be $295. BEWARE!!!!!!

If i could give zero stars i would. I call and make an appointment for 1230 the following day. I arrive at 1210 to find the doors locked and a sign which reads "office will close at 1230 and reopen three days later" i call the same number i used to make my appointment who tell me the office is open and must be at lunch. I told him no it says they wont be open until three days later. Thats a long lunch. The fact the people making appointments dont know whats going on with the office they are sending people to is unprofessional. I have a dental emergency, waited until my appointment and found zero help when looking for assistance. FU Western Dental.

My sister went in fill a cavity and a front tooth issue. She was told she had 3 cavities. She was also shown pictures of beautiful teeth and asked if she would like to have teeth like that. She exclaimed, "OF Course" They had her sign some papers and told her she had until December 1st to make a decision.

They proceeded to do work. My sister thought they were filling the cavities. When the appointment was finished she discovered they had filed her front teeth down and put in four new front teeth. They called it a bridge. They had fixed the cavity.

We were all shocked when she came out of the dentist but my sister was the most shocked. She also had a $2000 bill.

Well, I will let you all be the judge..................

We called and called for an emergency because one of the new teeth fell out. The website gave us certain hours the office was open, but low and behold..............the hours were wrong.

Sounds like a car dealership?! Sales tactics just not right!

The wife and I both travel 280 miles to go here. Initially it wad to find a cheaper dentist, but we continue to go back because of the amazing staff and dentist. I highly recommend western dental.

Very quick. Kind. Doctor, explained everything. Daughter who was very nervous, was told He had seen worse, which put her at ease. Cindy explained costs and different ways to pay. Very kind and patient. Thank you for making this easy.

Im never coming back here again. I was planning to get my braces with them but after the bad experience not happy at all and my family its not coming back ither. After me paying everything that i was supposed to pay they send me on collection . They also where charging my brother for another bill. And last but not least they just send my mom another bill. There are prople that dont care about there comunity there just looking for money. Thats all they care about.

I told the up front ppl if my insurance does not cover it I don't want the work done they told me it did... months later out of nowhere I get a bill for almost $1,000 for my teeth work done!!! I called the main office and corporate and no one could help me they said if I don't pay it would have to go to collection wow that's how ppl become in debt!!! Plus I had to return 3 times to get my tooth fixed since it was not done right. I highly DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! Plus they never give me a shot to num my gums so I am always in pain when they preform on me...
