I did not have to wait long for my appointment. The staff was very nice and friendly. Dr. Thomas took good care of me and showed me my X-rays and explained them to me. I experienced no pain and teeth looks GREAT. Thank you Dr. Thomas and staff. Be seeing you soon.

I've been going here for a while and the front staff is always super friendly and helpful. The doctor is very professional and explains everything thoroughly. Everything went well, very quick and easy.

Four stars for Dr. Thomas who asked the hygienist to give me a free cleaning when my Medicaid didn’t cover it. Dr. Thomas is a very efficient, caring and professional doctor. I would give him 5 stars, but the office no because I initially had an issue getting an appointment. When I called to make my first appointment at this office, the receptionist told me no appointments for new patients for 6 months. Are you kidding me? I called the 1-800 number and they got me an appointment for 2 days later.

update:this office still should receive one star...the staff is incompetent and just pushes stuff on you, you dont really need. what I need is my crowns to jot pop off every 6months. gotta miss my overtime day because crowns popped off flossing...and I cant be seen between 5-6 even tho the office is open till 6. Do better than western dental

I had like 5 crowns done, I know I needed 2 or 3....had multiple problems fitting the new crowns. I was told one of them was the best they could do and it's uncomfortable and let's more food into my teeth than before I think...another crown doesnt fit my gum line i asked that one to be refitted or replaced and was told that's the best its gonna get....than civic hit while the were trying to make final adjustments to the crowns and they just left me hanging...but who cares I paid them like 5000 dollars so who care about my teeth as long as they get paid, from what I read about these reviews.

WORSE DENTIST I HAVE EVER SEEN! I just came in to see Dr. Samuel Thomas for an infection in a filling I paid cash for last year that he did. It part that cover the tooth has broken off amd I am in extreme pain. He could care less. He will not give anything stronger than ibuprofen. So if you are having a REAL dental emergency...do NOT come here. Yes he gave me antibiotics, ONLY because his assistant told him to. I do not care to take strong pain medications but Turns out and also turnsTurns out and also turns out out and also turn you need to take them. He said it will take 72 hours for antibiotics to work, so I am supposed to suffer with pain until then. I told him I took 5 advil and they did not help. What kind of medical professional is he? He knows that is not good. Not truly concerned with helping his patients. He tried to say I did not have an infection but when I pressed about something stronger he then said I have an infection amd it will go away after antibiotics kick in. Contradicted himself. Bad medical care here! STAY AWAY! Turns out I need a root canal. I probably needed When he did The feelingBut heBut he justBut he just put theBut he just put the filling in anyBut he just put the filling in any way it patched it up and took my money. Still need the root canal.

Dr. Thomas and his staff are wonderful. I have been going here for years and never a bad experience. Always pleasant and professional. He is kind and very patient. I recommend anyone that needs a dentist or has a fear of dentists to go here you will not be disappointed. I can’t say enough good about all of them.

I was having some issues with the level of service that I was receiving from my previous dentist and a friend referred me to Dr. Thomas. All of the staff was extremely helpful and friendly and the experience was definitely positive. It was refreshing to have a group of people make you feel like they appreciated your business.

I went in due to my crown breaking off and this office got me in same day and the staff were very nice the dental assistant was very friendly , and the Dr was awesome not only did he fixed my missing tooth up but he gave me an option to get all the problems fix . I was a patient with another dentistry but when I called them they couldn't see me until Thursday no way am I going to wait that long .It was an emergency and my original Dr couldn't see me same day. So I went to Western Dental and I'm glad I did cause I am most definately going to use them as my Dentistry and going to go with there plan to fix the problem .I am so excited to see how all this will turn out and smile bigger . Thank you Reno Team you guys are awesome and extra THANKS to the Dr. For taking the time to repair my broken crown you did a fabulous job !
