When I went in to the office,I was really anxious. I had to get my wisdom teeth pulled and had heard every horror story imaginable! The girls in the front were super friendly and said I had nothing to worry about. Once they called my name i freaked, but the assitant was so patient with me and calmed me down. She got my xrays done and Dr. Thomas did my exam. He was super friendly and said he could get them out in no time! I got all my financials set up and was ready to go... Now i really started to freak out! The assitant held my hand the whole time. The doctor was literaly done within 15 minutes! Holy cow, why was I so nervous? They are the best staff in town and I will be sending everybody that i know this way! They made my visit so quick and easy! Would have never thought a dentist appointment would be so nice! Looking forward for my follow up appointment! You guys rock!

I went in the other day with a half my tooth cracked off, and expecting perhaps a quick analysis and a reschedule. Instead the team was able to examine my situation, give me my options, and execute the plan in a timely manner. I was happy and comfortable the whole time. Now its been a half week and I feel great!

I had an amazing experience! The friendly staff and peaceful atmosphere brought positive vibes to my experience. Dr.Thomas was extremely amazing and wonderful and made me feel comfortable for I've always had fear of dentists. Truly thankful for the staff and would recommend this dentistry to all my friends.

I came in for my 1st appointment w/ Western Dental yesterday... I have to say from the second I walked in the door I was greeted by several friendly & helpful staff members!..You need to keep in mind that I'm also one of the most difficult patients,not by choice but because I've had such horrible experiences with previous dentists & oral surgeons. It's caused me to have very high anxiety every time I walk into a dental office. But everyone was so amazing throughout this entire experience that I was put at ease right away, not only did the Dr. go out of his way to make sure I was comfortable his staff also went above and beyond for me!!!. I haven't been able to smile in years! So I have to say the best part of all...That very same day I walked in that door for my 1st appt. The doctor & staff immediately accommodated me to get my teeth fixed right then and there. They had no idea how bad my teeth were before I came in, and they still made it all happen!!. A few hours later I walked out that door same door with a nice new beautiful smile!!! Thank you SO much to everyone at Weatern Dental! from the bottom of my heart you're all amazing!! I would recommend everyone to Western Dental!!
PS...I had a previous dentist before this for 14 yrs. it was nothing close to how amazing this experience has been for me! And I would've had to pay that previous dentist almost double the cost that Western Dental did for me!!!

This is without a doubt the worst place for dental care. I went there the fall of 2009 to have my teeth extracted for dentures. It was done and my dentures were there he put them in my mouth and sent me out the door told me come back next day for adjustments which I did and kept doing for days. 60 mile round trip everyday. I could not wear the dentures because when he pulled my little front teeth on the bottom jaw he bent them over causing a ridge on my jaw bone so he sent me to an oral surgeon to have my jaw bone scraped. Which I did $800.00 and 3 weeks later the teeth still didn’t work. Then he had another pair made, the day I went to get them they put me in the very last room and closed the door. He came in with the guy from the lab that made the teeth and his nurse. He crammed the teeth in my mouth, they were so big and hurt so much I couldn’t say anything, when I finally got him to take them out he grabbed them and went and ground them down, again he cramped them in my mouth hurting me. Then he says, you will just have to live with them because I will not have another pair made. Right there and then I decided I would not pay another penny to them. They got $1500 from my ins plus what I had paid. Ofcourse then they turned me to collections, which I am still fighting. The Oral surgeon told me I should turn him in to the dental board, I wish I had. He was without a doubt the most unprofessional, rude, erogunt person I had ever met.. Unfortunately I can’t remember his name I want it was Smith or maybe Thomas, just aren’t sure but he was an African-American. I am now a widow and live on SS and I want this taken off my credit. If this is the only way I can get someone to listen to me then fine.

This place is awesome the greatest dentist I've ever been to in 60 years of my life I recommend this dentist to everyone but most of all the front desk and the other workers the greatest they are the very best of what they do not too mention they have the picture perfect customer service there. If you need a dentist this office is the place to go.

I got a Bridge done a couple weeks ago & it looks amazing & it’s everything I’ve ever wanted they over did my expectations! The staff was so caring & understanding! If I could post pictures just to show you guys how beautiful my teeth turned out I would! 10/10 experience

Got braces here a while back. At first they it was going great, but their orthodontist kept quitting on them. By the end of my treatment (which was about a 18 months)I had 3 differant orthodontist. I was not happy with my results. My teeth were not completely straight and I let them know, but they insisted that I was ready. They simply gave me my retainer and told me congratulations. They didn't tell me what to do after, or anything. Ever since I got my braces done here. My jaw pops and my the same crooked tooth is going back to over lapping. I was not satisfied with my results, or my treatment.

Dr Thomas and his staff provided the skilled help that I needed in a joyful atmosphere. The office is equipped with all the modern tools of their trade. They completed a root canal within 45 minutes and I was happily on my way pain free.
