The dental side is outstanding. Friendly staff. The admin side has a lot to be desired. They have lost appts for me more than once. They schedule me and I have a card showing the appt. But when the time comes, they don’t reflect that appt so I have to be rescheduled. A reschedule is usually a couple months later. I am not getting the full benefit of my insurance because I didn’t get my required number of appts in a calendar year. They quite often miscalculate insurance. They told me recently that a procedure would be covered by insurance, but it wasn’t so now they try to bill me for what insurance won’t pay. I wouldn’t have had the procedure if I new it wasn’t covered. At my last appt, if I hadn’t already known what I should have been charged, I would have been overcharged $19. Then a while back they added a 3.95% credit card fee which is fine, but I went to a cash basis. Now recently, UNANNOUNCED, they no longer give cash back for change. So now I have a $14 credit sitting in a non-interest bearing account. $14 may not earn much interest, but any amount is better than $0.

As always my dental hygienist Cathy was amazing! I have a really small mouth opening and I am somewhat anxious for dental appts, but she made my visit painless and pleasurable. Truly 5 stars!!!

Getting a crown is never a pleasant experience, however Dr Carlen and his team did a very professional and thorough procedure. Complete crown in one sitting! Very responsive to my questions and worked well with me on adjustments. I’ll be back for future needs.
