The people are very friendly and got me back pretty quick after filling out the paperwork. They explained everything thoroughly and what my options are and we are going to start at first. They made me feel very calm. I didn't have questions at the time but that will probably change when it comes down to see what's the best option for me. They even let me know what I can do with the back teeth that are missing and how we can fill in the gap. I was very pleased with everyone. Even the dentist called me before my appointment to introduce himself. I've never had anyone do that so I felt confident that he knows what he's doing.

I think you have GREAT staff from the assistants to the dentists. I've always been happy with the care I have received.
The part that is a little overboard is the amount of text a patient gets. One perhaps a week away and then the day before is good. I appreciate the reminders but this last time it was way too much - 6. Also, most patients come every 6 months and so EVERY 6 months you have to sit down at a computer and not update - but start from scratch with ALL your information. It should be an UPDATE only.

I visited the office for a shattered crown. My care was the best I’ve ever experienced. The entire staff were so friendly and so professional. Dr Rankin’s skills were excellent and he was committed to providing the best outcome possible. He delivered and I now have a perfect crown that is perfect. His dr patient relationship was as good as it gets. He explained everything as he went. I have scheduled appointments for my wife and me for cleaning and new patient evaluation. I highly recommend dr Rankin !!

I initially called due to pain for a broken molar. They were able to see me within 30 minutes. Two days later I was back for a root canal. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Slade and Larissa. They've kept me informed about every step of the process and made me completely comfortable. I am in for a lengthy adventure and only agreed to it of Dr. Slade and Larissa would be part of it the entire way. I tend to be chatty regularly, even more so when I'm nervous. These two never once Made me feel ashamed or embarrassed. I am amazed and truly grateful to all the staff but Dr.Slade and Larissa get 100 out of 10 stars in my book.

Dr Griffin and all of the office staff/hygienists I dealt with were wonderful. I needed to make an emergency appointment as a new patient and was able to be seen the next day. Dr Griffin called me personally the night before I was to be seen to get an idea of what was going on and introduce himself to me. I will absolutely be establishing myself as a patient of theirs from now on, very compassionate and professional.

The staff at Mountain View Dental was awesome! I was in extreme pain and they called in there specialist Dr. Slate at the end of the day to give me a partial root canal to stop the pain over the weekend. I am so grateful for that. From what I understand, after a few days after the partial I should be out of pain. If you are trying to find a dentist Dr. Peterson listens and explains everything to you in detail. I've never had a dentist care for me like that! I will start going to them!!

This dental practice should be the model whereby every dental practice should be copied. They are all incredibly friendly. Everything that is done seems to be done with the well being of the patient their top priority. The girls are very friendly and extremely polite. My dentist, which I can’t remember his name explained everything I needed to have done and it’s importAnce in maintaining my dental health. Although having dental work done is not my idea of a fun day in the circus, I don’t dread my return visits. Thank you Mountain View Dental for making me and my dental health #1 priority at your clinic. See you next week!!!
