Gentle Care Dentistry

I never write reviews but this office definitely deserves one. I went in today and had the most pleasant experience. I have severe anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist, but everyone at the front was very welcoming. Shout out to Marissa, who was so nice and made me feel extremely comfortable. I also have to say that they definitely prioritize the patient and what's best for the patient over making money, I say this because the dentist gave me options and went with a less intrusive treatment. Compared to another dentist I went to two weeks ago, the prices were almost half from the other office. So I definitely recommend!!

I have always hated going to the dentist, just like many people in the world, so of course when I came to their office I was nervous. The front desk staff was so friendly and welcoming right from the beginning so that was a good start. The dental assistant came to get me for my appointment and she was also very friendly and showed me around the building. They have several complimentary items they offer you when you are in the room to make you as comfortable as possible. The dental assistant took a lot of time to explain everything they were doing and seeing (which was extremely nice). Other dental offices I have gone to clean my teeth and send me on my merry way. It was so nice to have someone explain where I was doing a good job cleaning my teeth and where I was lacking. The dentist came in shortly after to take a look at my X-rays and get my history. He was so kind and didn't seem rushed to get the the next patient. I was truly very impressed with this dental office and am looking forward to my next appointment!

This dentist rocks! Honestly, the best dental experience ever. No one loves going to the dentist, but they make it so much more tolerable and enjoyable with their hospitality and amenities. The hygienist and dentist were both so friendly and made me feel at home (which is not something I’d expect for a medical appointment). Even got a few gifts to take home and a cookie for the road. Definitely would recommend (and have!) to everyone. 10/10

Hands down the best dental office I have ever been to. My case is complex due to my autoimmune disease but Dr. Thomas is incredible! The entire staff is professional and customer oriented. The atmosphere is relaxing and clean. If you’re looking for a great dentist, look no further!

A great experience from start to finish. Very professional, well equipped and kept me informed as we progressed through the procedures. Wow, they even gave me a welcome gift as a new patient ; ) and had a "menu" of complimentary comfort benefits such as lip balm, neck pillow support, sun glasses to cut down on the bright lights, warm facial cloth for cleaning up after treatment and much more. I highly recommend their "gentle care" process for patients. Every person did their job well and with kindness.

I have always had a fear of dentist, past trauma. When I first arrived here, not only did my dental hygienist listen she took care of me and has been amazing ever since. The office has a great atmosphere and THEY LISTEN to your needs. They even have a menu they offer of items to make you more comfortable 😳❤️. I've sent friends and family over, I recommend them 100%.

I have had great anxiety over the dentist in the past. I tried Gentle Care Dentistry after my husband recommended them when I had a dental emergency. They got me in as soon as possible to deal with my emergency. They were absolutely amazing. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and not anxious. I am so thankful I found them!!

I was miserable with tooth pain and being new to the area had no idea how to find a dentist to help me. My Medicare advantage plan listed Gentle Care Dentistry as an option. After reading the reviews of others, I decided to give their office a try. I was very happy with the service I received from everyone in their office including the receptionist, dental assistant, dentist and the office staff. The dentist worked with me on determining the best long-term solution to the issue offering all possible options. I am well on my way to permanently addressing the issue with a solution that best fits my goals and budget. I walked out of their office with the tooth pain addressed!

Wow, this office is certainly not your typical dentistry experience. They go all out with pretty much every category you can evaluate and endsome.
From the minute you walk in, you're met with professionalism and a warmth that few places offer nowadays. It almost makes it feel like a fancy spa experience, and its amazing! You get a tour of the offices, people introduce themselves and each welcome you in a very genuine way. My hygienist Cher was a delight to interact with, asked very detailed and specific questions to make sure every single concern was addressed to the best of my liking. They are incredibly insightful and knowledgeable regarding every step of the process and information to help you make the most informed decisions regarding your dental care. Their facilities look state of the art and modern. I met Dr. Drew as well and he was very professional, very knowledgeable and informative regarding my particular situation and quickly made a tentative course of action to address my particular needs, and asked if i had any specific concerns or needs. Very satisfied with the experience for a first time visit, and of course i will be returning for follow up visits. By the way, thank you for the fancy eye mask and the welcoming gifts, they are indeed an extra special touch that made the experience truly unique. So i hope my review will help perhaps future customers decide it is indeed an excellent choice to care for all your dental needs and more. Excellent follow up and information was provided for the after visit dental care at home.

Gentle Dental has been nice and genuinely caring. When I needed to have an appointment for a tooth acting up, they made a point of getting me in and seen. They gave me options (lots of them) and no pressure. I'm an older person and I've seen good doctors and bad ones. These guys are the best of the best. I couldn't be more pleased.
