My wife and I started coming by recommendation from friends and have loved it! The staff is thoughtful and kind, there are nice perks to make you comfortable, and the doctors are patient, thoughtful, and don't push service beyond what you truly need. It isn't often that you go to the dentist and glow about the experience the rest of the day. These guys are doing it right!

I'm a 70-year old veteran of many dental procedures and many dentists so I'm a diva when it comes to dental services. I'm impressed with and appreciate Gentle Care's above-average customer service, legitimately gentle dentist (never felt the shot--a big plus), thorough cleanings, quick crown removal and replacement, and their mindfulness of my budget (I have no insurance). All with no feeling that I'm being pressured for additional work. They deserve 5 stars.

I really like this office. One of the best experiences I have had with Las Cruces care providers since I moved here a few tears ago. They actually listen to you, make notes in your records and follow through with what they say they will do. Wish they would get in network with Humana Dental Insurance but still Highly Recommend!

This place is amazing!! They had to work with a tooth that was messed up by a different dentist here in town, I wasn't looking forward to another bad experience, but something had to be done, I found Gentle Care through a friend and couldn't be happier! They ended up extracting the tooth, which I thought was going to be a horrible event, but actually went very quick, pretty painless, and now, I am going to get a dental implant.
I can't recommend them highly enough, Dr. Thomas is knowledgeable and Penny, his assistant is super awesome!!

I highly recommend this dentistry! The staff and dentists are very kind and helpful. My wisdom teeth extractions by Dr. Dominic Marketto went so much better than I expected and were painless! He made sure I was comfortable and felt no pain throughout the process which was my biggest concern. I enjoy coming here every time.

Best dental appointments of all time. Dr. Marketto and his assistant Diana made two crowns and a filling painless and I even dozed off at one point. I've been to dentists across the US and in a few other foriegn countries and have never encountered the level of attention to detail, efficiency, quality, professionalism, respect, and genuine care for my health. I'm not going to be able to describe all of the little touches that made my procedures so great so I'll just list a few. The on site crown fabrication and install saves weeks of normal wait time. I had my cavity cleaned and a crown in place in less than 2 hours. They 3D scan your mouth and make a custom crown in 15 minutes. You have Netflix, drinks and snacks, a whole comfort menu, and they insisted I take a chapstick home with me because my lips were chapped. Could not be more pleased and thankful for this group of dental wizards.

My wife and I have been patients of both Dr. Drew Marketto and Dr. Dominic Marketto and they are excellent providers! They’ve always prioritized our comfort and given as much (or as little) detail about the procedures as we wanted. Their comfort menu items are great. We are particularly grateful for the kindness and sensitivity that Dr. Dominic, Dr. Drew, and their staff showed my wife, who was extremely anxious about going to the dentist. They went above and beyond to make sure that she felt safe and comfortable. We’ve been to some excellent dentists in three different states over the years but Gentle Care Dentistry is something special. I highly recommend Gentle Care Dentistry!!

A little bit spa, a little bit comedy central (my sensational hygienist, Cher! Believe it or not, I could laugh with my mouth open), and a big part genuine patient care. State of the art equipment, professionalism and integrity. The entire office staff exuded an air of care and kindness. Both my husband and I are still in a state of awe! Our highest recommendation.
