Great customer service at Gentle Care Dentistry! The best in Las Cruces. I was in pain for six weeks and had seen several dentists before visiting Gentle Care Dentistry. I was seen immediately last Saturday. Which other dentistry's are open on a Saturday? Close to none.
My first visit with Gentle Care was a blessing. Dr. Thomas and his entire staff were phenomenal! Dr. Thomas knew the issue. He was informative, friendly, and figured out the problem. His assistant put me at ease. She heard me out completely, compassionately, friendly, and just super duper.
On my second vist I saw Dr. Dominic Marketto and his wonderful assistant Juanita. She made me feel very comfortable, listened, addressed all my concerns with Dr. Marketto. Dr. Marketto did an excellent job, very informative, friendly, the procedure was pain free.
This office deserves a 10 out of 5 in my opinion.

This is the best dentist I have seen in Las Cruces. I highly recommend them and their hygienists. They provide you with a comfort menu when you are there, which I’ve never experienced before. They are truly awesome.

M husband and I recently moved to Las Cruces from Northern California and needed to find a local dental practice. From the moment we walked in the door we could tell that we made the right choice. Not only were the hygienists and office staff thorough, professional and friendly, the dentists were top notch. Prior to our visit we were able to fill out most paperwork on line and our California dental records had already been forwarded. Things couldn't have gone better.

These guys are awesome. They squeezed me into a next day appointment when my wisdom tooth was giving me trouble (it was cutting into my cheek), and the extraction was quick and easy. The staff is super friendly, and my dentist was very polite. I left with clear instructions on what to expect post-extraction, and when I called in with a question the day after, they were happy to assist. I don't have dental insurance, so cost is an important factor for me - they charged way less than what a couple other offices were quoting me for the same procedure. Thank you for everything! I will definitely be recommending this place to others.

Everyone at this dental clinic has always been kind & professional. I felt like each of the dental hygienists I’ve worked with (mostly Leah and recently Reina) are very friendly, thorough and knowledgeable.

Karina is a fabulous hygienist. She is caring and remembers details of my family from one visit to the next. The dentist are also caring and personable.

Always a great time with my hygienist Carleen. She is awesome, most kind hearten person, treats you with respect and a friend! I wouldn't go anywhere else! everyone at Gentle Care is awesome, the ladies up at the front desk are all amazing and helpful!

When I called with a dental emergency, they made an appointment for me, then called back and cancelled saying it was too hard for them to do and they couldn't do hard jobs. I guess if you want professional-level dentistry you should probably go somewhere else. Really, go somewhere else.

Wow, you sure spent a lot of time and effort on your answer, Doctor. It took you several hundreds of words to say “not my problem, not my problem”. Feeling a little defensive, are you?

It makes sense that a weak, shriveled ego would have to hide behind a wall of words. Picture your dentist huddled over a keyboard trying to puff up his self-importance with big words and titles, and you can see why Internet reviews are more important to his vanity than quality patient care.

My, how far you’ve drifted from compassionate, professional dentistry. Must have made it easier to send me down the road in pain, saying “that’s just how life is sometimes” to brush off any responsibility.

You might have said “that’s not in the scope of my practice” like I heard from another inquiry I made but, no, you were ‘preparing this response in advance’ to reply to a Google review.

Darn those pesky, demanding patients, anyway! Trying to interfere with your important work!

It’s alright, though, because I got a referral to a dentist who has the skills and knowledge to handle the demands of a diverse practice. He asked about symptoms, type of implant system, made a same-day appointment (yes, I had to wait a long time) and was able to diagnose and develop a treatment plan and order hardware and stabilize my problem for a week. It will all be reconstructed next week, for about $1,500 total cost.

Maybe you should reconsider your line of work, maybe something easier. I hear Walmart is hiring.
