Gentle Care Dentistry

From start to finish my experience at Gentle Care was excellent. They took the time and provided a thorough cleaning and individualized care. I’m thankful to have finally found a dentist office for our family.

Janae, Drew and the rest of the folks at Gentle Care are sensational!! They truly are a family; you can feel it when you walk thru the door. However, they also set a high standard in customer service. They care about making your experience as best as possible from comfort menus and other customizable services to an easy to use Patient Portal. The front desk staff are always patient, friendly and helpful. Janae has been my hygienist for a few years now and I just love her. She is kind, down to earth and makes me feel like I am her only patient. Great hygienists are tough to find; if you’re having trouble please try Gentle Care I know there are several here that will not disappoint. Drew Marketto is my dentist and he will do his best every time. He’s also easy going and funny. No one loves seeing the Dentist but at Gentle Care its like seeing family.

My family moved to Las Cruces Memorial Day weekend from WI. I checked the internet to find a family dentist that also handled crowns and root canal in addition to the general oral care. I was pleasantly surprised to have a chat window with a person when I clicked on the site. It was great to be able to ask questions and have them immediately answered regarding the dental insurance they accept and the care they provide. I had my first dental appointment at Gentle Care Dentistry on Thursday Sept 5th. The office waiting area and office staff are very welcoming. I had Rosie as a hygienist and Dr Drew as my dentist. Rosie checked my blood pressure, which was high. They were very concerned and had the office clerk contact my dr for an appointment. Rosie continued to clean my teeth. I felt cared for and not just a number walking in the door. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

This place is awesome! I've never been to a dentist's office where I was treated in such a welcoming way. Everyone made me and my husband feel like a valued person, not just cattle through a chute. Thank you for taking such good care of us - we look forward to our next visit.

The staff at Gentle Care Dentistry are friendly and professional. Their care and concern for my dental health are an A+. I highly recommend them and will continue going to them.

My experience at Gentle Care Dentistry was EXCELLENT! I cracked a tooth and was able to get it repaired the same day. The staff and dentist were very professional and friendly. The office was clean and beautifully decorated. I will definitely come back for future dental work. I will also recommend Gentle Care Dentistry to others!

I don't write reviews unless it's about something compelling...and this practice is so above and beyond any dental experiences I've ever had. First of all...professionalism. The Dentists and Hygienists are top notch. I've seen just about all of them (my usual dentist is Dominic Marketto...love 'im!) and it's such a pleasure to have everything explained in great detail - including costs - and then have such excellent dental work done. I've never seen anything like it - professionalism combined with friendliness, caring, and a relaxed environment. I've had some major work done - including gum scrapings - and it's always been excellent. I can even take my 94 year old father there and he's comfortable while receiving wonderful and age-appropriate care. Additionally, the office staff is so friendly...with a sense of humor! (utterly important for a dentists' office!) They utilize a variety of communication tools and care about each patient's experience with the practice. And I absolutely love watching Netflix while having work done (; I hope I never move from Las Cruces because I'll never find a practice like this again!

Passing through on a 2 month Southwest Trip from North Carolina. #3 molar became highly infected. Was able to get a walk in appointment the next day and Dr Thomas and his assistant did a wonderful completely pain free extraction that seems to be healing exactly as hoped for. Will definitely recommend!

My husband needed to be seen on a Saturday for an emergency...they scheduled him within an hour. They emailed the paperwork to us which saved time. He arrived and felt very welcomed and put at ease. Short wait and Laura was very kind. Dentist was professional and explained things well. Will be back.

I had a great experience no pain! The Dental Hygienist was awesome and explained everything she did. Dr. Marketto was very thorough. The staff is friendly. They went above and beyond to make me comfortable. They even gave me a beaded neck pillow! I would highly recommend Gentle Care Dentistry!
