Gentle Care Dentistry

I love Gentle Care Dentistry! As painful as dental work can be, everyone at Gentle Care worked hard to make me comfortable. From a weighted blanked, neck rest, and a fine cup of coffee, I felt very comfortable...as comfortable as two crowns and two fillings can be. Special kudos to Dr. Drew and Penny. Well done!

From check in to check out every person I came into contact with was friendly and welcoming. Dr Drew was very friendly and conversant. I even got a welcome gift as a new patient! Very grateful to have found this clinic. I’m not a huge fan of the dentist but they made this an excellent experience.

Gentle Care Dentistry, and all their staff are always very helpful. Devin did an excellent job as my hygienist and i will continue to visit them without hesitation. I continue to recommend anybody go visit them.

I have been going to this dental office for more than 10 years and I have never had a disappointing appointment. Also I am picky and I used to be afraid of the dentist because of bad experiences when I was a kid. I have been to many dentists in other places but now Dr. Thomas is my regular dentist and he is the best! I have also seen recently Dr. Marketto who is younger but very sweet and saw me recently to make a dental crown for me after I broke a silver piece off of one of my molars after chewing ice. Oops! The procedure was totally painless which was unexpected. I got a free eye mask too off of the comfortable menu which is new and amazing! I love this office and I would like I have to say that anyone who wants a trustworthy Dentist who really does care about you, you don’t need to look anywhere else. Dr. Thomas and Dr. Marketto are a cut above!

The dental services provided by Gentle Care Dentistry surpassed my expectations for both myself and my six year old son. From the moment we were greeted until we payed Gentle Care Dentistry showed exemplar service. My sons fears were squashed and his experience was a good one. He now wants to go to the dentist. As for myself, the attention to details and the dentists concerns for my dental hygiene concerns was great. I was not over sold on what I did not need and I felt like my concerns were heard and addressed. We have a new dentist!

Had a great experience. Friendly service. Attentive staff. A doctor that actually listens to your doubts and concerns and answers questions. I would highly recommend this office, especially if you're a little distrustful of dentists from past experiences. These guys understand how to put people at ease and get the job done right.

If you haven't visited Gentle Dental lately, you are in for a treat. They have kicked it up several notches and provide everything to make your visit more comfortable, from the office staff to details like : 2 choices of neck pillows, warm blanket, cool eye mask and neck wrap, oil infused cotton towel, lip balm. And to top if off, warm cookies and Starbucks coffee plus designer water in cooler. Does this "kick up" the cost of treatment as well? Probably but if you've been to dental hell like I have, it may be worth it. The dentist listened, was painless, and phoned me with info needed. Same with hygienist and gum treatment. A positive caring example to other medical in Las Cruces, that improvement is possible.

Chris Thomas has gone beyond what I'd ever expect from a dental office's service, fitting me into his busy schedule when a filling fell out just yesterday. The name Gentle Care fits perfectly, not only in the hands-on treatment, but in the carefully chosen environment of the office. Never assume you'll find this level of care anywhere else -- I haven't!
